Just got off the phone with customer service manager at Hotel. Did not realize Hilton had changed their cancelation policy on September 30, I booked on October 12, so not long after. That was my fault for sure but the manager has the latitude to refund my points given I had recent change in plans. I am Hilton gold and stay at this hotel frequently and have never asked for a refund. He would not budge even though I was not asking for money back, just my points (I reserved with Points and $$). Disappointing, especially in the current environment.

I stayed there twice. First time with my wife and the second time with my wife and in - laws. Both stays were excellent. Rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable and customer service was top notch. Staff were helpful, pleasant, courteous and professional. Pool and hot tub was open and well maintained. Social distancing worked fine. Internet signal was strong. In the morning we visited the restaurant inside the hotel and enjoyed our breakfast. Food was usual choices for the brand and everything was good, service was excellent and staff nice and professional.

Excellent location tops the list of many impressive attributes of this Hilton property. Plenty of parking, nearby restaurants, very appropriate Covid precautions, clean rooms, outstanding breakfasts, walking distance to downtown & mall, and a friendly helpful staff. I haven’t seen many better!

My wife and I usually choose Hilton for the comfort and amenities and were vey much looking forward to two nights of comfort in a legitimate bed. We are moving and had slept on a small futon for a week prior so the thought of a king bed and not being 8 inches off the ground was quite appealing. We were sorely disappointed with the worn out pillows, they were worn thin enough to barely get our heads off of the mattress. We called down to the front desk and requested more firm pillows and were brought two more pillows in the exact same worn out condition. It was bad enough that the next day I drove the 45 minutes back to our virtually empty home get our own pillows. Clearly our expectations for Hilton quality and comfort were poorly placed with this location. It was not our first stay in Manhattan but definitely did not meet the previous standards. I’ll stay at other Hilton hotels but we will definitely choose elsewhere when we visit Manhattan in the future.

We stayed for one night. It was our first time at this property. Our experience was excellent from check -in to check -out. Staff working front desk were very accommodating, courteous, professional, pleasant and we felt at home. We didn't have any problems. Cleanliness was top notch and everything was in perfect working order. We enjoyed all our Hilton Honors diamond benefits, comfortable bed, great night sleep, beautiful room and all the amenities. WIFI signal was strong. Indoor hot tub was very nice. Pool was about 84 degrees in my estimation, which is a little cold, but felt good after a hot tub on a hot day.
