We stayed 4 nights in Luxury Beach and it was a great experience. The staff is super friendly and they were already waiting for us in the Ferry terminal. We had a room with sea view and it was nice and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and served outside. I would definitely come again. Brian

Very nice small resort with good friendly service. Located in beach where is not much people. Erittäin kiva pieni hotelli Guraidhoossa. Edullinen ja ystävällinen ja toimiva palvelu. Järjestävät myös pikakuljetukset Maleen.

Loved the island as it was really peaceful. Only 1800 people live on Guraidhoo but it honestly felt like we had seen no more than 200 hundred in the couple of days we were there. The property itself was extremely clean and boasts an amazing view of the clear blue waters. We were lucky to have a seaview from our room. 2 steps and our feet were in the sand. Breakfast was provided but it was the usual sausage and egg that you'd expect after staying on a local Island in the Maldives for a while. The host was very eager to get you to do some excursions through the hotel and to also show you his souvenir shop. Not saying it was a bad thing but personally I only want that information when im seeking it and I definitely don't have much care for souvenir's, they only weigh my backpack down. Overall a very good stay. I wouldn't say it was 5* luxury but it was definitely more luxurious than most places I had been to at the time as I'm a backpacker and had previously spent a month in India. So for me I would say the name of the place was fitting but I could understand if others would demand more from a hotel that has the name 'luxury beach Maldives'. Other info: no more than a ten minute walk from one end of the island to the other. There are a number of convenience stores on the island to grab groceries and little bits. Only a few restaurants on the island but we would recommend 'amore' if you are going to eat outside of the hotel. It's situated opposite the mosque. Bikini beach is pure bliss as you are more than likely to be the only one there. Ferry port is the opposite side of the island and leaves at 7am to get to Male and arrives in from Male at around 16:45. However the ferry doesn't run on a Friday so be mindful of that. Other than that enjoy the peacefulness this beautiful island has to offer.

We were at this property only for a day. The main attraction of this guesthouse I say is Mohamed the manager. He is an excellent host and is patient enough to do his best to have his guests satisfied. There's a few local groceries and a restaurant close by. The place is very clean but very limited food choices. The breakfast was OK but just 1 sausage per person though 😉. To leave Guraidhoo, the speedboat transfer is timed at 8am, 2:30pm and 5:30pm. The speedboat I travelled provided NO life jackets and for first timers it was a little scary especially when there was a wind and the sea was choppy. This again has no relevance to the guesthouse as they only facilitate its guests with their transportation. Overall its value for money!
