A great place to stay, lovely and quiet, its only a 10 minute drive into town. The room was very spacious and clean, as was the bathroom etc. The breakfast was absolutely superb and the owner couldn't do enough to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I will use this great B and B again.

This was a last minute booking in St Andrews for my husband and I. We had planned on stopping just for one night on our way from Scotland to England and mistakenly thought we would have no trouble finding a room at beginning of September only to find out how wrong we were! With students retuning to University,we were lucky...

Be very, very careful when booking this guest house. It is nowhere near the centre of St Andrews it is actually a farmhouse a few miles outside of the term St Andrews. And do not book it if your trip is within 14 days of booking as I did. I cancelled 12 days before departure and they refused to refund...

We stayed at Morris Guest House for the first time last weekend and loved it. My wife and I were visiting St. Andrews to pick up our daughter from the university and we found the Guest House an ideal place to stay while popping in and out of town (about 1.5 miles / 2.5 km). We located the Guest House...

We chose to stay here for a weekend getaway and had a lovely time. The owners were away but their daughter was looking after the place and made us feel very welcome. She was very helpful in answering all our questions and had a good knowledge of the area. The room was a good size, lovely, recently renovated bathroom and...

After driving a terrible farm road with large potholes we found this remote farmhouse with tiny signs indicating location, parking area and front door. From the road you cannot see the 8"x12" sign on a fence post that looks hand lettered. Same size for the where to park the car after you bump around in potholes for 1/2 mile to...

This was my first guest house accommodation, and therefore has been the standard against which all others have been judged. Let me just say that Richard and Liz were lovely hosts- they welcomed us, even when we arrived hours early. They offered valuable advice not just for the immediate area but for our continuing travels around Scotland. While it's true...

4 of us stayed here for 3 nights while attending a wedding nearby. And there is a bit of the road up a bit potholed, but this is due to poor maintenance by land owner. However, our whole stay was excellent the hosts Richard and Liz were very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and warm (my Mrs and I...

Richard and Liz and were great hosts and the room was very comfortable. Heating and wifi was available too. Breakfast was great! There were fresh strawberries, blueberries and cake baked from geese eggs at the farmhouse every morning. Full Scottish breakfast or eggs on toast were part of the breakfast menu. The hosts offered an affordable taxi service to and...
