This is September 1, 2019. We have been traveling since 6/18/19 - from FL, thru the US, into AB, BC, YT, AK, WA, OR, ID, WY, CO.... and now in KS. We have been in campgrounds ranging from EXTREMELY nice to average. All were nice and the staff very helpful and courteous. Mid America in Goodland, KS is terrible. ‘Office’ is a hoarders’ paradise. Roads(advertised as paved) are in complete disrepair. Sites are unkempt(& that’s being kind). Horribly disappointed that Good Sam has it listed!! Cannot wait to leave in the morning!!!

This is very convient to interstate. All reviews are a matter of opinion so ours is different that the others. This was a booming campground at one time but the owner is older widow but nice as can be. The sites are spacious with full hookups on all. Pull thrus that accommodates big rigs. Some areas are a little run down but ours was closer to office and away from highway noise. Some shade. The office is total clutter but owner knows exactly where things are and we were not camping in the office. For our two nights stay it was fine. Yes we would come back again. Compared to some of the rv parks we have stayed in across the US this was just fine for us.

We stayed for one night on our way to Colorado. Very convenient, right off the highway, there is a Steak and Shake across the road, and the truck stop next door. The facility is definitely run down, but is OK. The water and electric worked fine. The bathrooms need an overhaul, with broken tile. But the facility appears to be run by an older woman who is alone and is very nice. She can probably use your business, and the price is right.

This is an older campground that hasn't been kept up the best. However for our needs it was fine. Concrete pads so easy to level our RV. Picnic tables are quite dated and some not in best condition. Grassy areas mowed and shade trees around. Water, sewer, electric all available. There is a pool but it isn't usable at this time. Very quiet area. Close to fuel and easy on and off the interstate. The lady in the office was very friendly. We would stay again.

It would be better to stay in a Wal Mart parking lot than here. How can Kansas allow this site to be open? Campgrounds are unkept and my husband said the shower was so bad it was dangerous. The picnic tables were in splinters and branches hung low over the parking area. We stayed to get out of a storm's path and the KOA was full. We will not be back.
