The guest house is focused on russian speaking tourists but some Service People speak littel english. The rooms are smal but very clean. The thermal pools outside are nice. The Restaurant has an english menue translation and has a very big choice. Food is very good but drinks depend on deliveries in time. The guest house is very isolated in the forrest of Paratunka. Very hard beds.

Great hotel with a nice hot spring pool. It's always nice to soak in after a long day excursion. The food at the hotel is also delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much. Just be aware to have some kinda mosquitoes repellent and spray it on the window because there are tons of mosquitoes!

A friend and I arranged for a Kamchatka 12 days tour through a Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky tour operator who booked this hotel. The hotel is perfect: the staff is kind and welcoming, the hotel is clean, breakfast is included and abundant and of good quality (but if you like coffee, it is better to order separately), the restaurant serves good food, the rooms are simple but very clean, there is wifi, the pool is filled with warm water from a hot spring, there is a sauna. A perfect place to come back to after a long day tour! It is 40 km from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky; if you want to go to the city for dinner or just for a walk, it will take you one hour to get there by taxi.

Good Place with a good sauna and hotspring. It's the perfect base for Heliski-Russia and Vertikalny-Mir. They have a big menue and the local soups and dishes are the best. Rooms are clean and almost to warm since the hotel is heated by geothermal water.

I like this place. The rooms are basic, at least the one I stayed in, but absolutely clean, and it had everything I needed. The big deal is the mineral pools and on the weekends it can be quite crowded. Seemed like people were coming from all around to jump into the pools. The staff seemed quite vigilant about keeping the temperature correct. I didn't smell any chlorine, and to be honest, I would have preferred if they used a little. Can't imagine what the bacterial count is, although they change the water one a week. Only takes two days for an tinge of algae green started to appear. I am in no way suggesting that there is anything wrong with the way they are doing it, but I'm just saying a little chlorine would have been my preference. Staff at the front desk and restaurant were super nice. I thought the experience here was very positive.

The hotel is 10 years old and it affects his equipment. It requires renovation! If you were in an excellent hotel, the Antarius disappoint you. The main problem is the staff. Very rude and not considerate people. For the price higher than the neighbors you do not get a special comfort and high level of service.

Sometimes someone at the desk can speak some English and sometimes not. We stayed in 3 different rooms over two different stays. The regular rooms were cramped but clean and comfortable. We spent one night in the honeymoon suite. It was very spacious and had a living area with large tv and 2 uncomfortable couches separated from the bed by a curtain. There was a small bar in that room. The restaurant menu had a lot of variety. Food was not fancy but good and very reasonable. The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of variety. Many police and officials dine there, especially for breakfast. The hot spring pools are clean and comfortable. The price for their rooms was on the high side compared to much of Russia. One caution: it is about 40 minutes from the airport and far removed from anything interesting, but it is a modest drive to the heliports that service Valley of the Geisers and Lake Kuril.

Stayed here for a week during a recent trip to the Kamchatka Peninsula. The location is in a small village called Paratunka but there's nothing within walking distance of this place so unless you have your own transport there's not much to do. I was put up here by Kamchaintour which provided me with tours and activities for the week and pick up/drop off each day so that was fine. The lodge itself is very modern and has English speaking staff and a great restaurant with a menu in English with many choices so having dinner there every night was not a problem. There's also a nice thermal pool which is used by guests and locals all day and night. The rooms were nice and modern and quite comfortable. Can get uncomfortably warm in summer though as there's no air con. Also remember to take mosquito repellent - they're everywhere in summer in Kamchatka. Wifi can be accessed but is expensive and doesn't work very well all over Kamchatka so not really worth getting. So overall a really nice place to stay as long as you have transport arranged to get you around.

Antarius Guest House , the base during my heliski trip to Kamchatka peninsula was located 45 minutes drive to Petropavlovsk Kamchatsky. The hotel had an outdoor thermal pool and a banya. The room was small but clean with basic bathroom amenities. The breakfast was simple but enough. The food in the dinner was various and tasteful. The choice of alcoholic beverages was various including some 21 years scotchs and champagnes. The prices were logical. The staff were kind. The wireless internet connection with choices of either two or four hours of connection was very slow and expensive.
