I had an overnight stop here at the Leatherock Hotel in Cherryvale. It's a nice B&B that is under reconstruction. Like previously mentioned there are building supplies about the place. I stayed in the Santa Fe room. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows were a bit thin. Quite a bit of nostalgia and history on the walls. The...

The Owner made sure we had everything needed so we didn't have to pack shampoo, toothpaste, etc. She also supplied a coffee machine since we opted out of the breakfast. The bad: the...

My grandparents, Frank and Esther Morrissey, owned this hotel from 1950 thru 1959 when it was called The Wayside a Hotel. My brothers and I spent our Summer's here through years. It was a wonderful place then. The present owners, whom I visited with on September 25, 2015 are doing their best to bring this hotel back to what it...

Building smells a little musty, but the room did not share that odor. Shirley Ann and Jim are very friendly hosts and willing to please their guests. There is a laundry...

Was heading to Oklahoma in February and needed a place to stop on the way. This was a great place to stay. Enjoyed Shirley Ann and Jim, and had a great breakfast. Love the train history and excited to take my husband back again.

My room was was perfect. Very clean. The A/C worked very well. The bed was pretty comfortable, but I kept listening for a train. I want...
