This hotel was warm, well taken care of, and the grounds manicured each of the 2 times I stayed there last month. The young man who checked me in was charming, listened intently, and provided me all the information I needed, and answered this old lady's questions with a smile. The room made me feel like I was at home, with high-backed chairs, cute decor, and enough pillows to make the bed welcoming. Breakfast was in a cozy room and had more than the usual continental breakfast. The orange juice and yogurt were a wonderful surprise. I'll never pass this place up when I'm traveling, and honestly, I would go a bit out of my way to enjoy this hotels comfort and hospitality!

Very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Only wish was for in room coffee pots but that may be a covid thing. It is very conveniently located near the Amana colonies, I 80, and the outlet mall. I wish we could find a similar motel everywhere we went.

The first room we were assigned was nice and clean but the mattress should have been tossed years ago. It sank in the middle and rolled you out of the bed. The front desk person came to the room to address our concerns. He sat on the bed and said, "I like the mattress this soft, but you can go to the next room Number 140." Which we did. This room was a jump up from the previous room. We had a great nights sleep. As we still rated this motel well, we felt quite deceived for thinking we would not notice a broken mattress. We will not return to this hotel.

Great place, awesome service with clean tidy rooms. Quiet place despite being close to the interstate and is opposite the outlet stores at the exit. Definitely worth staying here beats the big chains.

This motel is clean, beds are comfortable, linens are clean. The rooms have everything you need. It is easy access off I 80. A casey's is down the hill. By the outlet mall. The owner take care of it . It is a quiet retreat from your travels. I would recommend staying here. I would for my self in the future.
