The setting of this hotel is just Beautiful! Had a lakeside room and I was blessed to be able to experience such a stunning view. The grounds and connecting park are so nice. My stay was mid September so can not comment on waterpark or swimming facilities. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our twin grandson's birthdays! The waterpark, indoor and outdoor, was great. Very busy but several areas for the kids to play, as well as available pool chairs and tubes. Plenty of slides, splash deck and kiddie castle! Lovely evening dinner on outside patio with fireplace, overlooking the lake. We enjoyed appetizers, as well as the special prime rib dinner, all delicious. We were served by Nick Korth, manager, and he did a terrific job of making the perfect ending to a fun filled day!

We spent almost a week there with two separate suites for our family, and spent over $3,000, We got zero maid service for four nights, and only after we complained and put all the dirty towels and garbage in the hallway as the management suggested we do. They blamed covid for not providing housekeeping. I saw housekeepers working daily. When they finally cleaned the room we came back to find they threw away an entire box of family heirloom pictures dating back over 75 years that were on the second bed with a suitcase. They are irreplaceable. In no way could they be confused with garbage. There was little to no garbage in the room, as it was all in the hallway. When asked to try to find them, they couldn’t find them, then accused us of not having the box of pictures in the room in the first place and denied throwing anything away. Then they told us all the garbage for the day was already compacted. Nothing was followed up on by them, no attempt to offer us as much as an apology or even acknowledge they did anything. I traveled for a living for 30 years and have never experienced such treatment, or such a poorly managed hotel at any price , much less a resort hotel were I dropped over $3,000. Buyer beware.

Spent a weekend at Kings Pointe to attend a friends wedding. Check in was very quick, and staff friendly and helpful. The elevators here are extremely slow and we took the stairs several times. Nice hotel bar and restaurant, had a midnight snack and drink. Breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious with scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and fruit. Restaurant staff good but not cheerful. Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and lots of storage. Never enough light in hotel rooms. Very quiet - did not hear any noise from other rooms. The waterpark was busy, but had a blast - several slides, diving boards, and plenty of lounge chairs. Even a concession stand with pizza. Nice walking path along the lake for a morning walk.
