By far the best vacation I have ever experienced. From the rooms, meals on the beach (morning noon and night), wild life, amenities and staff. Not one bad experience. Only thing I do advise to anyone that might not get around well you may not enjoy this trip due to hiking involved.
Imanta is a beautiful, private, spacious property with cool stone architecture, huge rooms, and a private beach. The natural and boutique experience is unlike anything else in the Puerto Vallarta area. The property is affiliated with Relais and Chateaux and the food is fabulous! The service is kind and super helpful. We really enjoyed our friendly waiter Antonio and passionate bartender Luis, as well as Alberto, JJ, and the chef. We will certainly be back and recommend the hotel to anyone who favors an intimate, boutique resort.
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. We’ve stayed in a few places around the world that were 5 star. This place was top notch. Classy staff that were extremely attentive to every need. JJ and Abraham, our concierges, were available for all of our needs making arrangements that we’re flawless for all of our excursions. Luis and Victor, the mixologists, created the most delicious cocktails. The grounds were impeccable and rooms were spectacular, See the pictures attached! It’s is definitely worth the $$$$. The cuisine was colorful, fresh, and added a unique twist to the local cuisine. If you are looking for a cookie cutter hotel this is not the place for you. It is quiet, relaxing, and one of the most unique establishments we have stayed in! The only reservation should be if you lack the affinity of nature as you are in the jungle, so be prepared for that. 5 stars all the way around, because I can’t give 6.…
Right as you arrive it becomes apparent that what happens next will be special. Imanta lives up to all the great reviews and then some. The property is hidden in a stunning setting with a beautiful cove and beach. Our room was as close to the water's edge as you can get and the sound of the waves will soothe you to sleep. It's all very private and the staff makes you feel as if you are the only people there. A special shout out to the wonderful staff: Jeremy, Reynaldo, Jasmine, Miguel, Martha, and Abraham. We seek 5+ and found it here!
My husband and I traveled to Imanta Resort for our anniversary in April. The resort is a hidden gem on the beach and in the jungle, just a short car ride north of Puerto Vallarta. We arranged for private transportation, which was a very nice air conditioned suburban. Once we arrived at Imanta, Abraham greeted us and gave us a quick golf cart tour of the amazing and expansive jungle type property before whisking us off to our beach front casa. Words cannot describe how beautiful our room was and the view was amazing!! We used WhatsApp on our phones to communicate with our three concierges ... Abraham, Juan Jose and Jeremi...and all our our wishes and needs were met with outstanding service! We had a romantic dinner for our anniversary on the beach which was outstanding and the most gorgeous sunset ever!! The spa was truly an experience...there is a definite reason they have named it the Jungle Spa...it is an outdoor spa in the heart of the jungle. The treatments we received were exceptional! We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay 5 days and we’re thrilled the hotel could accommodate us :) We only left the property twice to go into Sayulita for lunch and loved the quaintness of the surfer town. We had our tequila tasting at the Observatorio Bar and learned so much from Tony, who educated us on various tequilas from Mexico. We enjoyed our dinners at Tupika and lunches at the beach at Tzamaika, after which we’d return to our room to enjoy our private pool! We can’t wait for our return...it definitely can’t be too soon ☺️🏝…
