If you're thinking of a peaceful getaway by the Red Sea, Wadi Lahmy Azur might just be your perfect escape. We recently stayed there and had a wonderful time - seriously, the staff were incredibly friendly, always there to help and make us feel at home. Even though the buildings are from an earlier construction, the place was super clean and chill, perfect for just kicking back and unwinding. We went at the end of September, and while the winds made snorkeling a bit tricky, the house reef was amazing! The molo and the lagoon were awesome spots to explore. We have seen hundreds of fishes every day (surgent, lionfish, clownfish, pufferfishes, triggerfish, etc.), rays and had the luck to spot some turtles at the end of the reef from close-up, too. Our bungalow, surrounded by tranquil, lovely green gardens, flowers and little birdies, had a fantastic view of the sea. I mean, it was just almost a few steps from our door. Talk about a room with a view! We also visited the nearby mangrove trees, which is like from another world - 25 min walk from the resort, super comfortable little trip. Shoutout to the lifeguard Hussain, the management, the restaurant crew, especially Muhammad Ahmed and to the housekeeping, too —they really made our stay special. Some pointers for improvement: It'd be great if they added more fruit options to the buffet. And hey, why not go for an all-inclusive deal instead of the limited soft all-inclusive? Also, having a more flexible check-in for early arrivals would be super helpful. We ended up paying extra even though our room was ready, and the reception was a bit disoriented about our booking, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, Wadi Lahmy Azur is a laid-back spot, perfect for anyone looking to chill by the Red Sea. With its friendly staff, absolutely stunning house reef, clean vibes, and cozy rooms, it's a great pick for a relaxing vacation.…
