My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Port. The staff was flexible with our arrival and departure times. Our room was clean quiet and comfortable. Our room had a great view of the lake and all the basic accommodations we needed. Given the chance I would definitely stay here again.

We have lived at the lake for years and after awful previous experiences at The Port (watching servers eat off the buffet, incorrect drinks, rude management, horrible food) we decided to give it another try. We pulled out boat up at 1:45 pm on a busy Saturday to find the Tiki bar and the outside completely closed. We tried to... More

Rooms are dated. If you need extra towels or bedding you have to find someone in the attached restaurant. It took me over 30 minutes to find someone to help me. I think someone should always be at the desk. The free breakfast was terrible. A couple pieces of bread, muffins, etc... Be prepared to go to the local convince... More

We've stayed here for a night or two every summer to attend a local event. There isn't much competition so the Port isn't worried about providing some basic hotel amenities unless asked: coffee at the continental breakfast (they were "out of grounds" for a few days), towels often out at the pool, hot tub never working. The pool is fine... More

4 dinners, 2 were not fit to eat. One had long hair on it. The salmon was very small, 2" by 2" and thin and $18.00. The pasta bowl with sausage was so far below average and not worth ordering.Stacy, the manager, would not come to the table to look at it. We were looking forward to a nice night... More

This place has stunning view, good location for resturant and evening bar (be watned this isn't open during the daytime). There is a good sized pool for guests. The only downside was the housekeeping. The rooms were jnot cleaned and new towels were not provided in our rooms whilst we were there.

I understand that as the only restaurant on the lake they can get away with high prices, but i went there with a group of 8 for an early dinner and almost every order was wrong. Three people got charged for two orders of cheese balls when only one order of cheese balls was actually ordered. An old fashion cocktail... More

The room was nice and the view was beautiful, as all rooms face the Lake. The hotel was either very understaffed or the staff was not very efficient. The small breakfast area in the check in area still had the dirty dishes from the day before the next morning. The restaurant dinner and Sunday brunch were good, but had to... More

The Inn has a great location right on Lake Panorama and the rooms have small balconies and views overlooking the lake. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. That's the lovely part! The Limited starts with check-in. It took about 10-15 minutes to track down someone to check me in and I never saw anyone at the registration desk... More

The room was nice & the view exceptional but everything else was poor! The 1 & only ice machine was broke. The connected restaurant wasn't open for breakfast & there was no complimentary breakfast w/your room at $150 per night! Not even lobby coffee & our machine didn't work in our room so had to go to Casey's for that.... More
