This is a very low quality hotel, there's nothing that i can pull out to be good. Starting with the parking lot guy which is rude reception staff and service is awful, we wasted the whole morning waiting we even had to leave and come...More
The bungalows (ours was #16) facing the beach a quite nice in theory. Well, not really maintained as well as they could, but still pretty OK. Some ants and a dead cockroach seen in the bathroom, but we survived. The food at the buffet restaurant...More

Muchas gracias en nombre del personal por sus comentarios y lamentamos los inconvenientes descritos durante su estancia.
I read the reviews before booking, and saw the responses from management and hoped that they would work to make changes as they said they would. They didn’t.
This is a government run establishment, they are paid peanuts with zero incentive to do their jobs...More

There are numerous slender long legged cats, a smaller one eared tabby of violent disposition and a charming black dog with a long body, short legs, one floppy ear up and the other down who follows the staff around. Im sorry, I don’t know the name of the person you are looking for, but I can recommend others ( TA- not sure this is allowed please remove post if I am in violation). I have friends that are now doing various tours via air bnb experiences. If you look up for Trinidad, Sancti Spiritus, Cuba , I can recommend tours by Mari – “Discover Real Life in Trinidad “ and her “Coffee…my own way”. Her Husband William ( Pepeu) does “ Hike to views with an athlete “ . Both speak English very well. Info on the tours and prices are on the website.
