We had a wonderful Experience at Royal Classic Hotel in Kandy. I highly recommend this hotel for the guests who are willing to take a fantastic and joyful time with the families. I should specially mentioned about the hotel Staff. They were so kind and they have given their best contribution to make our comfort. They were always having a honest smile on face and even under this critical situation they tried to make us happy by managing their limited resources. overall experience was good for us and we have got a good value for money that we spent. Also Specially Thanking FOM-Achira,Mafaz and Kevin for Making all the arrangement for us and they were so helpful from Arrival to Departure. As a hotelier i would like to add some more positive comments for the improvements and i hope this would add some more value to your hotel. The management may more concerned about F&B Services , Room & Garden cleanliness , improve the Room amenities, Buffet & Set Menu Varieties and also you may add actions to the buffet to make it more elegant. The best hotel we’ve ever stayed in Kandy. Gorgeous building and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality rooms and facilities. Great food in all restaurants. The most commendable part of this hotel is the high-quality service and service-oriented attitude of the team. Starting from the front desk to the restaurant, bar, pool, security, room service, and housekeeping up to the General Manager the service is 7 stars. I had wonderful experience in my honeymoon stay at Royal classic resort tennekumbura ,kandy. I have stayed two nights and it was amazing,my wife really really happy about the food and service which provided.Room waa clean and nice,restaurant got nice atmosphere,food was very very delicious. Every staff members i encountered,from the check-in to the until check out all the department staff were delightful and eager to help! There is few special names which i wanna share those who gave special service beyond our expectations. We had a nice stay at Royal classic resort kandy in24.1.2023. Everything was very amazing with a nice welcome and a good bye.. Very Clean rooms and beautiful view was there. We went there with the family on 31st Eve. Superb customer service. Each and every staff member was very helpful and concerned on facilitating guests' request. Our table reservation was done with Mr. Kasun Wijerathna, who provided an outstanding service from the beginning, until we left the hotel. Mr. Kasun Wijerathna was available at all the time when we needed his support to make sure that we are comfortable. Also a very special thank to Ms. Umesha who took care of our table. Ms. Umesha was always there to help with her beautiful smile! We had a great evening at Royal Classic during New years eve!! We spent 2 days for the end of 2022 and enjoy the party for New year's eve. the cottage room was nice, not large but fully equipped. the party was wonderful, perfectly organized , great DJ set, super tasty buffet We appreciated a lot when all the staff join us at the party to dance and have fun together, it was really nice to see the happiness of many girls and boys who worked hard for us! Excellent choice by the manegement.

Hotel was excellent and very spacious and clean. The food was really yummy. Bhanuka who looked into our table was very friendly and took care very nicely... every food was served with care and neatly. I would really recommend the place .
