The hosts were amazing. Friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere was relaxing. Loved sharing the outdoor fire pit with other couples and sharing information of the many things there is to do in the area with each other. We will definitely be back.

The hosts were fantastic and the home made breakfast every morning was much great. It is about 15-20 minutes outside of town on a quiet gravel road. My wife and I saw several deer and wild turkeys around. Definitely worth the stay.

This B&B was so peaceful, welcoming and relaxing. Yummy breakfast. Comfortable. Beautiful scenery. Very accommodating hosts. We enjoyed the casual privacy and the walk in the fall leaves. Also close to great restaurants but tucked away on the bluff for that away from it all feeling.

This was the first B&B my husband and I ever stayed at. Now it's still our favorite after 3+ years of staying lots of places. Kathy & Phill are very accommodating, friendly and the breakfasts are outstanding! They're always ready with a recommendation or directions, too! I'd highly recommend a weekend stay here!

My husband and I were looking for a place for a long weekend for a Fall getaway for our anniversary. We were hoping for Eagle Ridge in the Galena area because it is so beautiful there. Everything was booked that we tried and my husband found Quiet Walker Lodge. It looked nice so we booked it. We were incredibly happy... More

I stayed there on a Friday and Saturday night and was greeted by Kathy. She showed me to the room and made sure that everything was satisfactory. She gave absolutely excellent service and really made me feel like a special guest. The grounds around the lodge were very nice to walk around and the scenery was great. Got a couple... More

Celebrated my birthday here. I liked the peaceful location. The rooms were a bit outdated (colored hot tubs remind me of the 80's) but otherwise very homey. Our hosts were sure to introduce everyone to each other-- very gracious people. They prepared wonderful strawberry covered chocolates for us ( i have a great husband) and we thoroughly enjoyed them! They... More

My husband and I traveled to QWL for a getaway from work and to explore a different part of the state. Our expectations were surpassed and we left at the end of the weekend beyond satisfied. Highly recommended for anyone who seeks solace and adventure! Dubuque has lots to offer- they even have nearby wineries. We went zip lining, kayaking and even caught rare pokemons😄 while going around town. Innkeepers Phil and Kathy and owner Jim are most wonderful people; service and breakfast served with a smile and passion. We really enjoyed our stay.
