My wife was skeptical about staying here on our first night of vacation. She didn't like the price. She and I loved this place and we will be back this fall!! The ambiance of this hotel is fantastic. Bartenders were helpful and friendly. Only thing I didnt like was upon check -in wasn't really directed where parking was and where room was.

We stayed there on Memorial Day weekend and were very comfortable. This is a very nice, top-notch hotel. The decor is last-century Victorian, which is not everyone's cup of tea but it is much warmer than the minimalist hotels that are popular these days. Caroline's restaurant was a very good experience, for dinner as well as breakfast the next morning. There is free parking on the surface lot next to the hotel. Our room was large and very comfortable. I definitely would stay there again.

The check in process was easy, although there was a $1 charge for I forget what. Our room was nice. Very small (as is common in older hotels so no big deal). The bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom looked to have been updated very recently. There was a "hidden" refrigerator that we, unfortunately, left a nice bottle of bourbon in when we checked out. We called about it but they said all things found in then rooms are tossed out. Too bad -- someone could have had a nice bottle of fairly expensive bourbon! The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the sheer curtains were old, dirty and off the rod in some places. Made the place look rather ratty if you looked out the window. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Much like Elvis service has left the building. Covid ? me thinks greed. I have stayed here many times I was very disapointed to see what it has become. Spa 1 hour massage was mostly sitting in room with other people ????

Stayed here for one night on a Saturday. There is parking in back of the hotel if you need it which is nice for a downtown hotel. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and the hotel had an upscale feel to it. We had breakfast at Caroline's which was very good but it was not included with the room charge. They do charge a $100 incidentals charge that is higher than any other hotel I stayed at and thought that was steep.
