Pro: water park Cons: water park and restaurant hours, outdated rooms, half of the arcade games not working. While collecting prizes for arcade worker was on the phone and eating noodles/couldn’t do math, while checking out man at the front desk eating a burrito chewing while trying to talk to us...sketchy overall.
Heater rattled all night, toilet ran and didn't flush half the time. Checked us in to a room that had someone in it to start. No extra toilet paper in room, there were food crumbs on the floor, dirty.
The water slide was shut down for some reason. About half of the games in the arcade were in working order. Nothing in the fitness room was able to be used, because nothing was in working order. There is rust forming on metal parts in the room.
We have stayed here 4 years now and everything is the same grossness it was when we came the first time 5 years ago. The “kitchen sink” leaks— the two chairs are filthy like feel the filth—-the table is permanently sticky. For as much money as we pay for that suite I feel we should have a better quality of furniture.
When checking in the woman was extremely rude to me at the front desk and rolled her eyes at me when asking the general questions you would ask about the hotel, the lady had very long brown curly hair with LONG nails. After I got my stuff to the room, I wanted to go relax in the pool with my kids and have a couple drinks but the pool water was so cold we couldn't bear to be in there for more than a couple minutes and the service at the tiki bar was sup par as well, after that I decided to take my kids to the restaurant and the bartender/server (I think her name was Courtney) was extremely nice and very helpful and even showed my children where the bathroom was. The food was surprisingly good and drinks were great too. I reserved a room for the whole weekend but will be checking out in the morning, the only saving grace for this place is the restaurant, everything else is a complete joke and should be shut down for cleaning and maintenance ASAP.…
