Their security is a joke. They don't catch thiefs or follow up on theft cases when a player is robbed. They do NOT followup on cases. Also it takes about $100 to get a bonus on the ost machines. They also don't award drawings/winnings to lower tier players
fun machines and left with some money in my pocket....the staff was there with drinks for me and my friend while we were playing... smoking was allowed and all the ashtrays were clean... I'll definitely be returning soon
Best Casino in the area. Great food and staff. Very nice atmosphere. Clean and helpful staff. You feel welcomed. Located right off the interstate for easy access. With multiple Hotels that are all very nice.
Could do some up grades new curtains ,new pillows. Had a smell to the room right when you walked in the room. Windows could be cleaned on outside.was looking for a room so could go gambling and this place was the only place that had any rooms left so I booked with you.
I am happy with the room. Comfy bed and very roomy. This was a comped room and they are usually sub par. I'd stay again. There is a hair dryer, iron/board, coffee pot, microwave and fridge. Shower soaps in a dispenser on the wall. USB plugs on the alarm clock. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly staff.
As soon as you walk I. The building before being close to the casino all you smell is smoke, they are the tightest machines in the entire area. My wife and I have been going here for years same results every time so I go rarely now. If you tell someone about an issue rarely do they respond, there’s usually always a smoker in the non smoking which is right at the bottom of the escalator, so you still have smokers all around you anyway.
its so sad to see the quality of EVERYTHING going to the dogs. it like going to trailer trash Casinos. and I've been to east and west coast. Vegas and Foxwoods, your casinos are low-grade dog food. I would avoid stopping here. go Des Moines if heading east, and Colorado if heading West.
This was one of those times when a mediocre place spirals into a really bad experience. I suspect with some decent management, the place could be very good. As is it is totally unacceptable. On checking in I was informed the heavily advertised included breakfast buffet was not available. Instead they offered room service at an added cost. They said this was because of COVID. They have had two years to correct their advertising. I know other places have ditched the breakfast buffet and substituted a grab and go. But they are trying to con another $50 per day out of people. They claim to have several restaurant choices. But they are closed. There is a bar that might have some food. The smoke was very thick so I don't know. The only open restaurant is for "Members Only" so I don't think that should count as an option. Our room was a nice looking room. I liked the view. Beds were comfortable and the place seemed clean. But the vents into our no smoking room bellowed a mixture of cigarette smoke, cooking odors, and what smelled like sewage. There was no heat and it was cold in the room. We complained and were told the maintenance was off for the weekend and wouldn't be available until Monday after we checked out. What kind of hotel has no maintenance over a three day period? Maybe for a lot of people this next complaint is trivial, but somehow it just compounded everything else. A woman who I believe to be an employee demanded I take off my N95 mask. It was a plain mask. No offensive words, pictures, or symbols. When out of range I put it on again. I was never asked to remove it again, but I don't think it should have happened at all. I have respiratory issues. Would you tell someone who uses a cane to quit using it? If you can't serve food or have hotel maintenance because of COVID, don't tell people to take off their masks. There were several items shorted in our room. The cleaners said they were not provided enough room on their carts. On checkin we were alerted there could be problems because of our extended stay due to business. The desk people were very accommodating on providing towels, Kleenex, and coffee. I felt sorry for them because they were having to deal with all the complaints and did so in a very professional manner. There are several very negative reviews on this hotel. I wish I had heeded them. This hotel was three times more expensive than the place I stayed earlier in the week in Des Moines. That place was one hundred times better.…
Out of all four casinos in the area, this is where I play. Three levels of slot machines and table games on the main floor. Craps gets pretty lively any night of the week and it is always fun when someone is on a hot streak!!
Chose to stay here for a work trip because of restaurant choices. There are no restaurant choices, there is one sports bar that serves food during the week. The "Buffet" is only open in the evenings Thurs-Sun and is a choice of about 10 items that you can order from a menu and the food is pre-made. No cute coffee shop or snack bar. Only positive thing about the entire stay is that the rooms are fairly clean and don't smell like smoke.
