No complaints about this place. It’s a nice modern courtyard with good rooms and friendly service. Convenient to I-80. Everything your looking for. This seems to be the best option for Bonvoy members looking for something quick and cheap in Council Bluffs.
No complaints here, a nice room with good beds and sheets. It even had good toilet paper. The toilet seat was wonky or not fully attached. This place does not have breakfast. The room was clean and roomy.
Everything was great. Staff was exceptional. We traveled with our 10 year old grandson who was treated like royalty by the Bistro staff. Those folks were wonderful in every way. Hotel is clean and safe, room was quiet and comfortable. We will return.
The rooms are advertised as Queen sleeper sofas. It is a TWIN. Do not show up expecting to sleep two kids on the beds. When asked about a rollaway they tried to charge $50/day The shuttle service they provide for the World Series is horrible. Bus fits 7 people. We waited an hour to get picked up in the exact location they told us to wait. They stopped up the street when being flagged down and picked up people who just got to the location.
I was charged $250 for a room that was absolutely filthy. The bathroom and tile in the entryway was covered with hair. When I showed one of the hotel employees the hair all over the floor she acknowledged it, but said there was nothing she could do about it since they don’t have housekeeping at night. It was so gross, but since it was 9pm on a busy weekend we had no choice but to try and clean it up ourselves. Awful.
Comfortable enough but seemed cold and sterile. (Yes, we stayed in midst of COVID...) Standard Courtyard amenities. Limited choices close by to eat. Kind of a chore just getting to this location on interstate from west. (Better to take exit just east of I80 / I 29 interchange.) Large parking lot in business park setting.
we spent 4 nights , excellent location and good price . no breakfast included though. room was spacious and very clean and quiet . the shower had only half a door and water was everywhere but it was part of the "style" an open shower .it is located few feet away from a big Complex Center . if there are shows it probably gets really loud! but we had checked and there was no show during our stay .
Have never stayed at a Courtyard before. It was just a great experience. Didn’t have to go anywhere after checking in for food. Got there in time for happy hour. Ashley checked is in and another Ashley helped us in the Bistro. Had drinks and food on patio all great! The employees are so great here. After staying at a Sonesta in Golden Co with homeless people smoking we felt like we were in a palace
I stayed here on my drive to Colorado. The hotel was very nice and the staff nice and helpful. I got a breakfast sandwich to go the next morning from the Bistro.. The sandwich was good and was served with a side of fresh fruit.
This was a very nice and clean hotel. Also appreciated that our request for a top floor room was granted and it was very quiet. Our air conditioner froze up but the wonderful maintenance man came and had it fixed within a half hour after he was there. He was very nice and made sure it kept working the whole time we stayed there! My only complaint was keeping breakfast stocked in the morning. We had to ask the ladies several times if there was more food.
