With COVID-19 in full swing, traveling has been tricky. The care for the staff and the customers here was nice and evident. The room was nice and everything was pleasant. I did not have any issues. It is also very close to places to eat and gamble.
We stayed here one night during our mid west four state driving tour. This was a really nice property. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating at the hotel. The front desk staff were very kind to look up some tourist information for us while we were checking out our room. The hotel itself is only a short ten minute drive to Omaha. It is very conveniently located near the three casinos, indoor go carts, large movie complex. and other local attractions. It is really close to I-80/29. there are plenty of food options in the area. Our room was very modern and very clean. The room had everything we needed including a fridge. My wife felt that the bed was one of the best hotel beds that we had slept in recently. The pillows were very large and fluffy. The A/C worked really well and was very quiet at night. The property itself sits in an industrial area but was very quiet, especially at night. The price was in line with other hotels in the area. We got back really late from the casino and there was plenty of parking available. The complimentary breakfast had numerous hot and cold items and everything tasted great. There is something for everyone on the menu. Check-in and check -out was a breeze. The staff was very attentive. Most importantly, my wife left a personal item in the room. We called two days later when we realized she had left something. The staff found it and mailed it to our home which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the area.…
I had some qualms about staying in a business district but this was a delightful experience. From check in to check out the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Turns out they had an evening snack which was more than enough after traveling all day. Our room was very clean, up to date, bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was clean and the towels were large and SOFT - can't tell you how much I like soft towels. Breakfast had a choice of hot, tasty items. Spouse and I will stay here again.
We were here for a baseball tournament in June. The hotel was clean and most of the front desk staff was friendly. The rooms were just ok - nothing special but fine. The air conditioner in our room was so loud it woke me up each night. The refrigerator didn’t work so maintenance had to come take a look. Turned out the setting was turned down in the back which seemed really odd, but whatever. They get to inflate the prices because of the tournament so we were paying over $200/ night when other people staying there were paying half of that. The other Holiday Inn in Council Bluffs was much nicer - go there.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a little bit loud as we could hear kids crying in the hallways. The breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful to our requests.
