(This review is for their Murder Mystery Dinner Theater BnB stay) We booked our stay at this BnB in early November. I will admit that I had reservations about this place, as the reviews I could find swung wildly from 5 stars to 1 star. After experiencing it myself, I would not hesitate to go back in a heartbeat! Make...

We were here for the murder mystery. Great for people who enjoy an insipid, lukewarm, forced "lets talk for an hour and enjoy the company of strangers" with a side of cold spinach pizza. Followed by a dinner where each guest reads corny lines off a food stained and god knows what stained paper for the murder mystery. Oh don't...

16 friends/couples and singles, took over the entire house at Periwinkle Place for a murder mystery dinner/overnight stay. We had a great time, laughed a lot and enjoyed a delicious roast pork dinner. 14 guests get to play parts in the mystery. We got scripts and read our parts until time for us to guess who the murder was. It...

My wife and I participated in the murder mystery scavenger hunt on Saturday, October 10th. We are always up for an adventure and we had a great time. I am writing this review for people who are considering doing this event at Periwinkle Place Manor and B & B. The positives: the community gets into the event and there were...

The contributions made by the hostess to the community of Chelsea support an endorsement for the B&B and the Murder Mystery experience. Although renovations are ongoing, the Manor was comfortable; the food, adequate and palatable; the "cast and crew," warm and inviting; the murder mystery, enjoyable. Spent the weekend with friends with whom we arrived and several others we got...

14 of us did this for my grandparents Anniversary. The game cards were worn and (stapled over the wording) made it difficult for some to read. The costumes were disgusting dirty (and I don't typically get weirded out by that stuff). Dinner... Well I drank my dinner (thank god we brought alcohol). Iceberg lettuce with dressing that had been setting...

When we arrived on Saturday, the hostess let us know that we would actually be staying at a different property – “Rose Cottage”; several blocks from the designated B&B. We drove to that property to find out that it was filthy, not air conditioned (the temperature was over 90 degrees on Saturday), and that the main floor "bedroom" was a...

We had a terrible experience with this B&B. Four of us booked a "cottage" that could accommodate 6, in April for an August reservation. When we called in early August to confirm we were told we were not on the books. First red flag. Then we were told we would be accommodated. We learned on arrival that the proprietors decided...

We had an amazing time at the murder mystery dinner. And the town bar is a short walk from the Bed & Breakfast for after party fun! The owner is fun and extremely attentive to all of your needs. Overall, we met some new friends, had a great time, and enjoyed the "haunted" mansion! You won't be disappointed!
