For 30 years, The Brick Street Inn has provided guests with warm Hoosier hospitality. While retaining its historical character, what began as a simple frame house built in 1865 has recently been completely renovated and dramatically expanded to create the thoroughly modern comfort and convenience our guests enjoy today. Nestled among the quaint shops and eateries along the Village of Zionsville’s brick Main Street, the Inn’s historic charm and upscale bed and breakfast style accommodations are one-of-a-kind. A true boutique Inn with 8 luxurious, fully appointed guestrooms, The Brick Street Inn is one of Indy’s hidden gems. The ambience of the Chautauqua Room, a 750 sq. ft. gathering room suitable for meetings, retreats or social events, is one of charming elegance. Catering is provided by Patrick’s Kitchen & Drinks, a full-service casual dining restaurant and bar located in the Inn. Patrick’s features both indoor and outdoor seating along the brick street and is open daily for lunch and dinner, adding breakfast and brunch on Saturday and Sunday. It has been said that life’s most inspiring moments spring from the serendipitous experience of spirit and place as one, in the moment. We cordially invite you to experience the true peace of such an encounter at The Brick Street Inn in the Village of Zionsville.

The location is the best thing this place has going for it. Can’t beat being able to walk to the wonderful shops and restaurants on the main street. I can’t say otherwise I felt there was much done above and beyond to make this place a very special or memorable stay. Fine if you’re looking for a convenient an average place to stay. We requested bottled water many times, and were told that it just hadn't arrived yet? Fine if you’re looking for just an average day. We requested bottled water many times, and were told that it just not had not arrived yet? The few pastries that were available in the common room when we checked in on Friday were also still there all day on Saturday which made me question how good they were. And personally, I did not get a sense of warmth and welcomeness from the staff.

We chose this Inn because of the write-ups we found regarding the attached restaurant. In making reservations and conversations with the staff while checking in, the fact that the restaurant is shut down due to renovations was not mentioned. The desk staff was apathetic. The room was passable but not exceptional and we had to jury rig the door to keep it from locking. The commercial district in Zionville was delightful. There are a number of good restaurants in area.

This was a charming place, with a lovely bedroom and bath, and public area downstairs. Parking was great and the late checkin worked well, with helpful instructions before we arrived. However, despite the notes (and their welcome email) to the contrary, the restaurant was closed and there was no breakfast at all, nor were we compensated for it. There was a smell when we entered, like old stale food, and it permeated the whole two floors, even into our bedroom. There were instructions for the thermostat in our bedroom which was very cold when we arrived, but no heat went on when we tried to change it. We were disappointed that the receptionist the next morning was unsympathetic to our concerns. I did notice in the morning that someone had sprayed Febreze or something like it around the hallways.

My adult daughter and I stayed for two nights at the Brick Street Inn in July, 2023. We both found it to be a perfect weekend getaway, situated in a lovely town not far from the other family member we were visiting in Carmel, IN. Clean, very comfortable beds, and excellent service! The adjoining restaurant, Auberge, was also delightful and we enjoyed patio cocktails on the afternoon of our arrival, and brunch the first morning of our stay. Staff at the Inn were very friendly and accommodating. The town of Zionsville itself is charming. There was a Farmer’s Market right down the street from the Inn on Saturday morning and the sidewalks were crowded with visitors. Families, singles, couples, dog lovers, filled the streets! The Brick Street Inn is located on Main Street right in the middle of where all the restaurants and boutique shops are. I have found my new favorite place in the Brick Street Inn, and plan on several repeat visits in the future!

This is the first time we have ever stayed here and it was wonderful!! The entire staff was very personable and considerate! The rooms were nice and beds comfortable! The restaurant downstairs was so delicious! Evan the little downtown area that you can walk to all the shops were quaint. If we ever go back to Zionsville we will stay there and eat at the restaurant again!

This is a quaint inn, 8 rooms, I gave it a 4 rating because it is lovely, the bed is comfortable and snacks are provided. However, we were misled to think that breakfast was included. Based on reviews as well as the description it sounds like it is however in April 2023, they discontinued breakfast. You can order off the menu, very expensive and French. Know that you will hear street noises as well as sounds within the inn as this is an older building. A plus is sound machines are included in every room.

We stayed here while visiting for a family wedding in Whitestown. From the time we made the reservation we were made to feel welcomed. The attention to details was phenomenal. We enjoyed room 8, a corner room with two windows so it was bright and airy. The room was very clean and the bed sheets soft which led to two great nights of sleep. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee that was in our room. We made ourselves at home when they encouraged us to us the little pantry which had soft drinks and some munchies. We thought the value was excellent for all we received. Highly recommend this inn

This was one of the nicest, cleanest small inns I have ever stayed in. The rooms were lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean. Lots of amenities- robes, a chocolate on the bed, bottled water, coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks. They even left a hand-written personalized welcome card in the room! The room was quiet and quaint and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was in a great area where you could walk around and shop at a variety of locally owned boutique shops. I hope I have an occasion to return.

The Brick Street Inn is our go-to place to stay when we visit Indianapolis (even though it's in Zionsville). The Inn is staffed by thoughtful and accommodating people. The rooms are clean, quiet, nicely furnished and comfortable. We always sleep extremely well here. The Inn's restaurant, Auberge, is very good too. Zionsville has a charming business district with many independently owned shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. We highly recommend staying here.

My sister and I chose this inn for our combination writing retreat and sisters' visit, and we were not disappointed. Our room was very comfortable and the extra amenities (in-room Nespresso machine, available coffee/tea/soft drinks/snacks, etc.) made it feel even homier. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious, and the staff were all delightful. The location, right in the heart of the village, was outstanding with many excellent restaurants, shops, and pretty residential streets all within easy walking distance. I look forward to staying there again.
