Nothing fancy. Next door to the associated Drury Inn. Near US 41 and Interstate 70. Double beds, a clean bath and a TV. Nothing fancy. Don't leave valuables in your car in this area, known for window smashing. Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Good choice on a budget. CLC

It was our first time in Terre Haute and we found the Pear Tree Inn to be a wonderful value for the money. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast was excellent with a variety of items from which to choose. We will definitely stay there again and recommend the Pear Tree Inn to our friends.

I had stayed at this Pear Tree Inn a few years ago when passing through Terre Haute. When the opportunity arose to stay in Terre Haute again I did not hesitate to book a room here. They did not disappoint. The hotel had been updated. It was very clean. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice for...

We stayed overnight during a cross country trip. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever been in. Looking forward to stopping in on our way back home.

Very comfortable rooms thanks to a recent renovation done right (the bowed shower bar is even high enough the bathroom door doesn’t bank into it). Rooms were clean and the only, slight problems are that Wi-fi is a little slow during peak times and that the air conditioner has no way to divert air from blowing on the bed. Christina...

Close to the interstate and easy to find. Very nice rooms clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good, normal cold items with biscuits and gravy the day we were there. We were on the fourth floor and it was very quiet and we got a very good nights sleep.

We were traveling after a Royals game & didn't arrive until midnight eastern time. Jerrod, the front desk attendant was very pleasant. The hotel & room were very clean. Each door that leading into the hotel was locked and must be opened with your hotel key which is a great. I paid $80 for one night & I am surprised...

Everything was top notch and just as good as any upscale hotel. Only drawback is size of beds (double only) and there is no pool or fitness center. Location convenient to the expressway and restaurants.

I stopped at the Drury Inn after a long day driving, was told they were full, but they called the Pear Tree next door and held a room for me. Very nice and helpful staff at both properties. I was very pleased with the room and the staff. The only thing I didn't particularly care for was that I could...
