Watch out for the angry owner who likes to scream at children. He made my 9-year old daughter cry. If you have children, avoid this KOA. We are VIP KOA members and have stayed at over 30-locations from California to New York and have never been treated so poorly.

We reserved a spot at the Terre Haute KOA for the week of July 4. The cancellation policy states that any cancellation > 2 days in advance will cost $10. Our plans changed and I needed to cancel > 2 weeks in advance. They charged me $ 107 (2 nights) because "it's a holiday weekend". This is a ripoff and... More

We had stayed at this park overnight on our way out west. The stay was pleasant & the ladies in the office were great. We decided to stop again on our way back east. We made a reservation & arrived at 7 p.m. We were shown to our site which proved to be a bad fit for our rig. We... More

Everything was booked in Indy. They had a spot for us. Everyone was really nice and even went out of their way to help us when our valve broke on the toilet. They didn't have the right parts to fix it, but rigged something up and saved the weekend! Our kids had a blast with everything there and even asked... More

The campground was mostly empty, due to it being a weekday in early May. First impressions: We liked our site a lot! There was a paved patio adjacent, with patio furniture. Friendly staff checked us in, and took us to our site. The cafe is clean and the pizza was excellent! (Didn't have room for ice cream unfortunately). BUT...as I... More

We are traveling from Maryland to California on vacation. Had reservations here for 2 nights. Pulled in and the checkin person Robyn was just as nice as could be. She was ready to close for the night but took the time to take us to our spot and get us settled. It's a very nice campground and has a wonderful... More

Stopped in on our way back to Michigan from Texas. Nice campground. It was a little wet but what can you expect after 3 straight days of heavy rain. Staff is very nice and helpful. They have a small little restaurant on site with a pretty good menu.

Very nice place to stay over night or for a weekend. Need some cleaning up of grounds. Pull thru sites are very small. They are narrow and you need to unhitch other site are nice size. Very friendly people, good ice cream and clean restrooms. Have small restaurant on premises with good food. Some family members stayed in cabins and... More

Beware that construction requires you to drive several miles south of the place and drive back on a new service road. Once you finally get there the donkeys and the staff will welcome you. The place was wet from the recent rains but I coped.

We stopped here for one night on our cross country trip. Check in was flawless and staff couldn't have been nicer. Restrooms and showers were clean. There is an onsite cafe that serves breakfast and dinner. We had a pull thru space with level grade and picnic table and as an added touch there were privacy panels between sites. Very... More
