Stayed at this campground for 3 days while we toured the town. It is great for Rvs,coaches and tenting. Plus they have cute cabins to rent. We loved it here, it was easy to find, close to town, pretty private, and extremely clean...washrooms were spotless! It was easy to check in and the hosts were very friendly. There is a... More

Rented three cabins. Two with amenities and one with just beds. Grandkids had fun in the bunkhouse type cabin. Custard stand on premises, bonfire at night. Clean Amish cabins with porch swings on front porch. Cozy and cute. Campground serves a continental breakfast. We didn't eat only because we wanted to go to Ben's Bakery for breakfast. This was our... More

We called ahead, they saved 3 sites that were close together. The resident cat made a nuisance of itself. Two members of our party are allergic to cats. It was nice to have an ice cream stand at the campground. All together it was a pleasant stay.

North Campground ---Bathrooms are clean. Sites are nice. Has trees and admostphere. We have a 39' fifth wheel and plenty of room. However they have a couple dog sites to dump your dog waste bags and for the whole Labor Day weekend they were over flowing and no one emptied the bins....don't understand that. Free wifi everywhere. Also went tothe... More

I have been to their cabins twice now and I loved every minute of it! The campground is clean and peaceful. The cabins are simple but thats what is appealing! I will be coming here again, no doubt! The free breakfast is simple, but nice. Coffee, oj, cereal. it's nice that you dont have to bring that with you!

The sites are a nice size and nestled among large pines for privacy. Just what you want after doing sites in Shipshewana. Every thing is clean, management courteous, ice cream on site, peaceful and quiet. If you're looking for a pool or kid entertainment, this is not the place. The other campground Shipshewana South is more kid friendly. Enjoy.

This is a small campground. The cabin was clean, beautiful and had comfortable beds. I know that a t.v. should not be important during a camping experience but the reception on the older model was not good. They do have WiFi so that was good. When we checked into the office, we were offered advice on where to eat. We... More

What a concept! – putting NON-rustic cabins in a campground. It allowed me to enjoy the campground atmosphere without the discomfort of tent camping. (Rustic cabins are available as well.) My Amish-built cabin (located just a few miles outside of downtown Shipshewana) was clean, comfy and very inviting. I enjoyed sitting on my porch swing listening to the wind blow... More

We stayed in the camping cabins (3 families). $60 a night. There are 5 and they are secluded in their own wing of the campground. They have their own private bath and shower that were very clean. There is a community fire pit for all 5 cabins that is in the field because there are too many trees to have... More

If you're coming to town and want something different than just a hotel room, stay here. It's down the road from town, so you are not IN TOWN, but just a little bit down the road. We stayed in a deluxe cabin, with two beds, bathroom, with sink outside the bathroom, no tub, but nice shower, with a small fridge... More
