The hotel is located, just outside of Jesenice. It has a nice view of the pond. Our room was satisfactory, except the shower door didn't close properly, so it flooded the bathroom when you took a shower. The breakfast and dinner were good. Also, the kids corner had videos in Czech and good variety of used toys. My 2 year old son enjoyed playing with the legos. Their reception and waiter staff were friendly and helpful. Our main complaint was the salt cave. We booked 40 minute slot. When we arrived, the room was freezing cold. I immediately wrapped myself in a blanket. When my wife arrived, she informed the attendant. The attendant didn't check the room and told her it should be 17. It wasn't. Then, my wife negotiated a reduced time and rate. She informed the reception afterwards. The next day, they charged us the full time and price with no reduction. The desk reception argued with my wife about the situation. But, the manager seemed concerned about the temperature. He said it should be 20 degrees. It is sad, because we really liked the hotel, but that salt cave was a freezer and we shouldn't have had to pay all. If we go back, we will not be using their wellness at all!

Fairly new or recently renovated. Nice location close to a small lake. Rooms ok. Frequented mainly by czech companies for corporate events. No room Service - beds are not made in the mornings. Breakfast a bit disappointing - bad coffee, no cereals or fruits but plenty of bread and jam, even sausages if you like that. The a la carte dinner, however, is nice. Traditional czech cuisine, very good. Rates very ok. Liked it.
