The hosts are warm and friendly and were very helpful with suggestions of area attractions and restaurants to visit. The food is good. Snacks and bottled water are provided and they have a nice selection of DVDs to choose from. Love the gardens and the farm critters. Feels like home to us. We'll definitely return.

My wife and I moved from Minnesota to Kentucky a few months ago, and we just needed a weekend getaway to relax. We picked the right place for that. We have not been to the same B&B twice, but this may very well be the first. Glenda and Joel were very pleasant hosts, and although I am not a breakfast... More

Very gracious hosts, food was excellent and the beds comfortable. Excellent for couples. We stayed in the Locust Room and had all the comforts of home. Joel and Glenda knew about all the attractions and made suggestions of things to see. This was an A+ weekend stay.

We stayed here with another couple while visiting the West Baden, French Lick area to see the Christmas decorations. The hosts were very friendly and had candy and cookies available with hot drinks to enjoy. The beds and baths were very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed visiting with Joel and Glenda while eating a delicious breakfast.

We cannot say enough great things about Big Locust Farm B&B! We just came back from a weekend stay with Joel & Glenda and would not hesitate to go back. Their home is beautiful and our room (The Garden Room) was very comfortable. The surrounding property is gorgeous and the garden, although not yet fully in bloom this early was... More

This bed and breakfast was simple and beautiful. The innkeepers were relaxed and warm, and attentive to us. It is a small bed and breakfast, and they seem to like it this way so that they can care easily for their guests. On a little table in the Locust room are two notebooks with glowing comments from many many guests... More
