I am sorry you had a bad experience in November. The pool was closed because the heat pump went out and has since been fixed. I was able to look your account up and you was never charged for a dog.

That is great news that you were not charged a pet fee. Pet fees are usually $20.00 per night per pet. While staying here were you able to get in our heated pool or work out in the fitness room?
