The most terrible place ever. The stuff is rude, the rooms are dirty, as well as the restaurant. Besides for the late check out they demand additional 10,000 AMD. We were told that we can leave at 6-7 pm if we choose standard room, but then it turned out that we had to leave at 4pm the latest. Besides, we ordered some stuff to have dinner, our dinner were brought to another customer by mistake, and instead to apologize the waitress started to act rude with us telling that if she accepts her fault it won’t change anything.

This was a great place to visit with family. They had very tasty kitchen. Great breakfast. Pool was nice. Even if the weather is bad there is always indoor pool. Special thanks to Gohar or organising all details of our stay which makes great stay. I recommend to visit there at least for 3 days to make sure you enjoy all the facilities.

1. No one is caring your staff when you come 2. Service is too slow and not helpful , we were waiting for a tea cup a day and we reserved a table and have been waiting waitress for 35 minutes to order after what we left 3. Fights in parking and near pool, there is no security 4. Poor breakfast 5. Pool- they are not able to provide necessary staff to all their guests and you fill discomfort for people who have no place PS: it seems they have never heard about covid nothing is secure there 6. No signs when floor is wet... Only one good thing is the restaurant before the hotel entrance it is really nice , tasty food , normal service and mood

Don’t know about the hotel, but the restaurant has awful service. The waiters are too lazy to work. First, noone approached us when we entered. Then the waitress we asked to find us a table disappeared without a return. Finally, another guy approached with a rude attitude saying it’s late, when the restaurant was closing in 1:30 hours. They were lazy to clean the used tables, offering us to sit at the inside tables. Disappointed. Definitely not coming back.
