Hotel is located in the central part of the town. Nice hotel, with comfortable rooms. Personal is friendly and always trying to help you. Breakfast is good and diverse. In the hotel they have nice body massage services and as I learned form the administration in the nearest future will be available good SPA.

We did not make it to this hotel owing to the pandemic, but despite their no-refunds policy on the booking I made, they voluntarily came back and refunded me. Which is very sweet and we will certainly be returning. They were also incredibly helpful when I booked my trip, accommodating all my requests.

Tskaltubo is a beautiful resort with radon baths, once very famous and crowded but then being abandoned for years during the hardships of transitional period of Georgia. Nowadays its being actively restored and renovated with more and more hotels offering affordable prices for those who are willing to undergo therapy and / or visit various attractions nearby. I stayed in Prometheus Hotel for 10 days in May and the only purpose of my visit was related with therapeutic procedures. Hotel Prometheus offers medical consultations for patients; consultations are provided by very attentive and qualified general practitioner. Part of the therapeutic procedures (like massage and physiotherapy) can be completed right in the hotel, in the specifically equipped office. As I am informed, in the nearest future these medical services will be expanded even more, with more diverse possibilities for massage and bath / mud procedures. As for the accommodation - I liked the spaciousness of the room, and especially the bed, which is really wide and long and very comfortable for good sleep. They bed is equipped with two separate blankets instead of one big and four pillows, providing the full sleeping comfort one may ask for. The room is cleaned thoroughly and regularly; towels are changed daily, sheets / linen - once in three days. Every day they provide complementary bottles of water as well as tea, coffee, sugar. Electric kettle and hair-drier are also provided. The room is air-conditioned, which is very important considering the hot and humid climate of Tskaltubo. Wifi is working OK but may have problems in the evenings when many people are connected. I was on full board that included three meals per day, all meals deliciously made with local fresh products by by local cooks. There is a very nice lounge bar upstairs, with great open terrace and view on the green city. But the most exceptional in this hotel, though, are the people themselves. Always smiling, always ready to help and serve and solve any problems and / or requests. At the end of the day, this is what matters when we speak about the good customer service. I felt at home and comfortable, especially considering that I stayed here for quite some time. Thank you to all great people working at this hotel!

15 kilometers away from Kutaisi. Recently renovated. The side rooms have a horrible view. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful and had a nice view. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice and dinner was excellent.

We stayed for one night in April and were not impressed although the rooms were OK: average size and clean as are all places in Georgia. There is something very "soviet-style" about the place, especially in the dining room where there is too little food and it is given out in small amounts while people stand and wait. Not only the amounts were insufficient but the quality of the food was rather bad and you were told by elderly ladies what you could take and what not. The area is also a bit depressing since there were a lot of hotels but they have all benn closed and you have the feeling of being in a nowhere.
