It was the best vacation. The service at a high level, A very nice and helpful hotel manager - Abdul. great animations conducted by friendly animators - Wael, Zizuo. Clean room and clean pool. I recommend the a'la carte - fish and Tunisian cuisine a beautiful large garden on the premises of the hotel deserves to be distinguished

This is my second stay in Tunisia, I came back after 4 years and I am very happy with the choice of the Odyssee hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, including the change of towels. The food is tasty and varied. Everyone will find something for himself. The hotel has several restaurants and bars. The beach is cleaned of algae typical of this region. The boys who run the animations are very nice, they are great in their role! From morning to night they organize various sports competitions, darts, archery, water polo, volleyball and in the evening dances for children and adults. We spent two weeks full of laughter, tasty food and in wonderful atmosphere. It was sad to leave. Many thanks to the entire animation team for great time - especially thanks to Donier (Szuszu) for all time that we spent together. We will miss but a part of us will stay here forever. I really recommend choosing this hotel.

We spent a week with the boys of 16 and 12. The resort was prefectly located and away from the crowded Djerba. We were lucky to have room facing sea-front and watching the sunrise from the room was a pure bliss.
The decor and the rooms were authentic, an melange of Tunisien and Star Wars theme.The food was correct, not extraordinary.
The boys were very well entertained by the "Team" animation club. Animators were all smart, kind and filled with good sense of humor. Beach activities, pool activities, training, yoga, evening shows, the program was optimally planned for all ages. Team boys keep up the good work. We enjoyed the stay at the resort.

As frequent travelers and in time of COVID, we booked a suit to keep minimum contacts as the delta is spreading in the town, in addition we requested to have the breakfast in the room to avoid the exposure especially that all the clients don’t put the mask in the restaurant. I had to beg to get this service the first day, the second day I called them for the same but didn’t get it, this we are thinking to change the hotel to go somewhere else. The management explained to me that they don’t provide the room service, I tried to convince them that in most countries the hotels are encouraging guets to get their meals in the rooms because of the COVID, but it seems that I’m bothering them with this policy. Actually we are in our second day in this hotel and we are planning to go out, we can tolerate other issues but not the measures related to COVID.

First of all, I want to thank all the hotel staff(reception, bartenders,maids,rescuers,security guards, gardeners) for their kindness, responsiveness and ability to find an approach to all requests. Thank you to the manager of the main restaurant and the main manager of the hotel for always being attentive to the wishes and requests.Thank you to the bartenders in the lobby bar for a delicious cappuccino in the morning and a positive attitude. My special thanks to the Head Chef of the hotel-thank you for your attention and delicious compliments. It was wonderful.The animation team every day was charged with their energy and positive emotions. I was with my family. Super hotel, very clean, well-kept. Lovely large garden. Delicious food and a large selection. Excellent service. Guest manager always helpful. The Animation Group organize great time for the guests, they are always smiling and have lots of attractions prepared for adults and children. We had a great time with them. we recommend 100%.

Was on vacation in this nice very authentic hotel 5 - 19 August 2021. It is located in Zarzis, which is around 1 hour away from the Djerba Airport. Advantages Food: Respect for the Chef! Various meat, vegetable dishes. Plenty of sea food. Fresh fruits. Numerous 🍰 Sea: The only disadvantage. It is very close to hotel but quite shallow. Not too much space to swim. Beach is covered with nice white sand, but seaweed is all over, though they clean it from time to time. A lot of places to sunbathe and plenty of umbrellas. Towels are 10 USD. Pools: There is a nice big pool in this hotel with blue cool water. Also, one pool inside. There is a thermal pool under the sky with water full of minerals and Ferrum. Activities: Parachute, 🛶, katamaran, ping pong, bocha, archery, aerobics, aqua gym, darts, volleyball, step aerobics and dance classes, animator for kids. Show: Every evening from 20.30 there is animation for kids, after which various show programs. Animation team: There are five nice guys plus DJ. Zied (aqua gym profi), Spiro (archery boss and choreograph), Sisko (bocha and sports Energizer guy), Kalou (sports and dance Energizer), Willy (sports and dance activities), DJ Max (music boss). All of them will do their best to make your vacation pleasant, funny and nonforgetable. Various excursions and sightseeings will help you to know this nice country better. Disadvantages Arabic guests - too many of them, they are noisy, do not follow all rules. But if you ready to not pay attention to this small thing I can recommend this hotel for the rest alone or with the whole family with kids. To summ all this - great thanks for all the hotel team. Even though life in Tunisia is not something easy, you make our vacation a non stop holiday and Fiesta!

Great hotel. Love the architecture of the whole hotel with all its curvy features and pools. The restaurants are a great experience and offer a lot of variety. Also one evening is included in the special Tunisian restaurant make the reservation at the reception ahead of time. The hotel is a good starting point for day-trips in the back country and you will even be able to grab breakfast and dinner on such a day trip day. The staff of the hotel and restaurant are very accommodating and helps out on all needs like printing a document or a voucher. If you speak french you will have a lot of fun in the hotel. You have a chance to try out new cocktails as well which are not mainstream in continental Europe. If I have a chance I would come back and stay a few weeks longer.

Wasted vacation, health and money. The staff ignores the problem of bedbugs in hotel rooms (an old nest of bedbugs in the hotel bed). After our requests to change rooms we were given another four numbers next door on the same floor! New bites appeared every day until the end of the "holidays"… On the beach I looked like I had advanced chickenpox. The stay at this hotel was a nightmare. Very rude staff at the reception. They used to sent me back to my room without providing the things I asked for: a steamer, bedbug spray, plastic bags. On the last day, I managed to request our clothes to be washed, but I was still afraid of bringing bed bugs home and had to have my luggage professionally disinfected immediately after returning from the airport. A holiday from a nightmare. Oh. And on the last day I heard from the man at the reception: ‘yes, yes, go home, no holidays for you, go back to work and collect money’. They barely speak English. Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever, and I travel several times a year. This is my first negative review ever.

Probably the best time ever in Tunisia, I have been to many many hotels in Djerba, Souss, Hammamet but this was certainly my favourite experience of all :) The welcoming and kindness of the satff is immaculate! Food was so good, I think i never had such good seafood and various ones. Cleanliness was good also, rooms were done each day. Overall the animation is top One, great persons working hard and keeping the smile at all time. Special big Up to Zyiad allias Zizou, Cisco, and the rest of the team. My favourite was the sports activities and evening shows and disco. I came back to france, relaxed and rested :)
