I chose to stay here because I thought they had a continental breakfast included in the price. Their website said they did. But it turns out the did not have any kind of breakfast. The beds were comfortable. Place was clean.

Excellent customer service. We had just come from a very bad experience at another hotel and most rooms in the area were booked for a convention. Bharat was at the desk and offered up the best and most honest service we have seen in a long time. I have to admit, the hotel didn't have the most up to date...

To start off the stay. When I booked my stay it stated breakfast. There was not even coffee. When I booked in the air cond. Was turned off. It was so very hot in there. And it was never turned on with in my 3 day stay. When I entered my room , first thing I wanted was a shower....

I already knew the hotel didn't have any amenities before we checked in as the owner was new and had just reopened it in May, but I didn't realize that it would be as bare as it was. We had the basics in the room (towels, toilet paper), but not what other things I feel are basics, such as ironing...

I was planning on staying with my sister in Plainfield for the weekend while I was in the area, but due to her coming down ill, this was one of the few available hotels with a room available for 4 nights. I thought the $75+ a night for the place was a bit high with the great lack of amenities....

I have stayed at this hotel for three years now, each October when I come to the Indy area to volunteer at a convention. I stay for three nights each October and I will be back again this October.
