We stayed only 1 night, we were a group 10 including 5 teenage boys and one 9 year old. Great staff very well organized, the tents were perfect and the food was great. Safari was very cool and an amazing experience, this place i recommend for a great experience.

Myself and 5 friends have just spent a fantastic 2 nights at Wild Ivory Tented Camp. On this, my 2nd visit, we managed to get away mid-week for a much needed break. Luckily we had the camp completely to ourselves this time. Being greeted at West Gate (remember to call after leaving Vaal Water), I was surprised that Herbert –...

I have recently spent one night at the Wild Ivory Eco Lodge in the Welgevonden Game Reserve. The lodge is quite plush and the food was excellent but I was not entirely satisfied. The main problem in my opinion is the reserve itself and the lax protocols that are observed by the various game drive vehicles operating in the reserve....

We decided to spend a long week-end in a accessible location with family and friends. We were not disappointed with the Wild Ivory lodge. The lodge and well appointed tented camps overlooks the Waterberg. The staff were attentive and very friendly always offering a special care to our holiday. We had an amazing encounter with an elephant who decided to...

Small, Eco-friendly and welcoming lodge with views that make forever tangible. Clean, comfortable and intimate, we had the lodge mostly to ourselves as we showed our French collaborators a taist of Africa. And it did so wonderfully. Friendly and knowledgeable hosts Jasper and his wife, gave us space and yet made us feel cared for and looked after. We took the...

I haven't stayed at any other Lodges in this Game Park but surely this is one of the best, particularly if you are on a budget. To clarify I believe there are almost 50 lodges in this park and the regulations only allow maximum of ten people. Our party took the whole place and our three days two nights was...

We spent three wonderful nights at Wild Ivory in August 2015. We were a party of 8 and had the place to ourselves. Andrew, Ash and all the staff at Wild Ivory were just brilliant and ensured we had the perfect break. On arrival at camp we were greeted by a bull elephant which was very exciting for us. Andrew...

Our stay in the 2 bedroom self contained chalet was excellent. A high standard of accommodation for the price, exceeding our expectations. Brendan and Stevie, our hosts, made us very welcome. The Game drives with Brendan were excellent and we were fortunate to spot Lions, White Rhino and Elephant on more than one occasion. The lion hunts, with Brendan's passion...
