If you are looking for a unique place to stay in Michigan City, The Bridge Inn is an excellent choice. I'm so happy that my husband and I found it for our 3 day stay last November. The river and swing bridge, along with the occasional trains passing by make for an interesting experience. Don't worry about the train noise...

We just happened to stumble upon this awesome tucked away place to stay! Thank goodness because now I have a destination to get to frequently! Pete is awesome and you can tell a great happy guy who takes pride in the facility.

Once u find it you will come back, nice cozy rooms, clean and well appointed. The Amtrak bridge, which moves, is right there and we actually got to see the bridge in action a little noisy but it was still early and was part of the intrigue. Will visit again

the Bridge Inn is like a home away from home. Clean, interesting, great food at The Bridge Grill, but mostly it is fun! The manager, Pete, is helpful and accommodating. Watching the old RR bridge turn is a unique experience too.

We loved The Bridge Inn! So quaint, clean, and close to the beaches, outlet mall, restaurants, and downtown. Of course, Pete was a delight and made sure we were taken care of. Enjoyed The Bridges Restaurant too! We grew to love the sounds of the train whistle and the siren from the drawbridge.

We had a nice time at the Bridge Inn. Pete was very attentive making sure our reservation and check-in was smooth. Room was very nice and clean...I took the pull-out and my girls shared the 2 twin bedroom. We had unit 4 in the yellow building...the view of the river from our deck seats was nice. We were initially startled...

I stayed here for a summer weekend and was totally delighted. We had a suite with a spacious living area & two bedrooms. Lots of space and a nice kitchenette. Loved the beds. Décor is just right for the beach--warm colors and no fuss. Parked at the door and could get everywhere from this location. Special credits to Pete who...
