We were extremely pleased with the Westin Indianapolis. We were given a lovely suite on a high floor with great views. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prince Joshua at the front desk is very helpful and gave us good information. The hotel offered a great breakfast in the lounge. Some hotels we have stayed in recently have not had any restaurants open due to Covid. This restaurant had a chef that prepared made to order eggs, plus, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, toast, juice, and coffee. Thank you, Delanio, for delicious breakfasts and friendly conversation. Thank you, Westin, for providing for your guests during the Covid pandemic!

Due to Covid only 40 of 500 rooms were filled and services were limited. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and the fitness center is enormous and well equipped. On a negative level, the layout of the first and second floors is awkward due to renovations and the breakfast was terrible—no bread, stale potatoes and over cooked omelet.

Hello Peter, Thank you for the feedback. You are right, COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on the hotel industry. We feel fortunate to still be in business. We are glad you enjoyed the bed and our great fitness center. We are taking advantage of this historically slow time to make serious upgrades to the hotel. We are super excited to have those underway and apologize this has made some areas limited. I will share your comments with my chef regarding breakfast and we will make adjustments to better serve you and others moving forward. We certainly hope you will come back and enjoy what will be the best hotel in the market very soon!!

We stayed during a huge percussion conference and during the Bands Of America marching band contest. The hotel was too crowded the entire time and there was no room to walk thru the lobby area at night. I visited the hotel restaurant. Nourish for breakfast and the waiter was very rude - I asked to sit at a table by the window by myself and he was rude but allowed me to sit there - his tip reflected his attitude. The rooms were very nice and the valet service was awesome! I enjoyed the under ground parking area and easy access to the hotel by elevator from the garage area. The hotel is very close to all great places to eat and drink and easily in walking distance to the convention center.
