Great hotel!! stay was great absolutely nothing to complain about. Destiny was one of the nicest/greatest of the staff and willing to serve me. Thank you!!!! Also, beautiful rooms! Will definitely come back again.
I was there with 4 of my friends for a women’s conference at the conference center next door (which is connected by an elevated walkway). Our rooms had been recently renovated and were pristine. The staff were amazing, everyone from the valets, to the front desk staff, to the baristas in the downstairs cafe. I seriously can’t think of a single criticism. The location was ideal. There were so many great restaurants within walking distance. We really never needed to leave and only did so to hit up some retail stores that weren’t in the nearby mall. I highly recommend this hotel and I’m looking forward to staying here again at the next conference.
We spent one night in this lovely hotel and found that it met all of our needs. Our only complaint was that the checkout line the following morning was extremely long, and we had somewhere to be. So, we joined many others in throwing our keys on the counter and leaving. An express checkout arrangement would be quite helpful.
I was attending a trade show in INDY and The Westin is the perfect place to stay. It's attached to convention center. You just have to walk the skywalk over and boom, you're there! Rooms are clean, bathroom big and beds are comfy. The only negative for me was the construction going on during my stay, banging on the walls with a hammer and the toilet plumbing probably needs an upgrade. Toilet paper would not flush down. But I would def stay thee again!
Location was ideal for a conference at the convention center. Easy to pop back to my room for a brief rest between events. Great food/coffee easily walkable, although the skyway was nice for hot summer days. The room was well-appointed, with little touches that make this hotel a must-stay for downtown Indy.
The room was big, clean, with modern furniture and nice vinyl flooring- no carpeting! Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a nice shower stall with good water pressure and fluffy towels. It was very quiet. The marketplace had good coffee and a small but nice selection of sandwiches and snacks. The staff was courteous and efficient. I used the gym, which was clean with a good assortment of equipment. Would definitely stay again.
As someone from New york this cocktail menu is supreme. Dynamic taste with class a service Troy the bartender guided us through a nice selection of flavorful cocktails and food items. Here's a picture of him if you wanna stalk him. His passion is vacations. Also Troy's favorite sports team is the colts (jk it's not but we are trying to protect him)
The hotel recently completed a pretty full renovation and it really looks fantastic. The restaurant and coffee shop downstairs looks great and the guest rooms were really nice. Very spacious and upscale! The team was just amazing. Everyone I encountered was nice, helpful and very interactive. Destiny was especially engaging! I would definitely stay again!
We arrived on a Friday afternoon about 4 pm. Traffic was just starting to pick up, but not bad. Pulled up to the front where the valet parking went smoothly. The gentlemen explained how to retrieve the car and helped get the bags from the back. Check In had a line, but moved reasonably fast. The lobby was clean and had seating available. We asked for a room on a different floor upon arrival and the desk clerk accommodated the request pleasantly. The elevator was clean and went smoothly up. Upon arrival at the room it was apparent it was spotlessly clean. The room was well appointed. The shower soaps and shampoos were nice. The room was 75 degrees on arrival. We attempted to set it lower due to the outside temp being 87 degrees and very humid. We left for our convention reception and when I returned it was 69 degrees--still a bit stuffy, but better. We attempted to reset to 68 degrees and then left for dinner. On our return it was still at 69. My friend called the desk to ask how to reset it. We were told it only runs when there is movement in the room. She then asked how we would stay cool while sleeping? The desk said it would not raise above 75 degrees--which is too hot for sleeping in my opinion. We also had to ask for help with the tv remote. There were no channel guides available. In the morning the water for the shower was hot. The blowdryer had a non working button, but did come on low speed only. Lighting in the bathroom was blinding when trying to apply makeup with the bulbs in front of you , instead of overhead. There was not a vent fan to remove moisture. My friend did not like the plank flooring, but I felt it was cleaner than carpet would be. I did not make coffee in the room, because I assumed I could get coffee in the lobby. Unfortunately this proved nearly impossible. The coffee was not free, nor was it out in the open where people could grab and go. The line at the small deli was miles long, so we tried the restaurant. We had coffee delivered and then the waitress disappeared before taking our breakfast order. We were on a time schedule , so 15 minutes later when she hadn't returned, we placed money on the table and left. Sadly, we had to go to our all day conference with little coffee and no breakfast. We had only allowed one hour for breakfast, which was not long enough. For a business hotel, this was totally unacceptable. They knew they had a full hotel and failed to provide even coffee when they knew they did not have enough staff to feed a thousand people breakfast. I could have returned to the room if we had not already checked out and used the small pot in the room. This hotel has no breakfast, coffee, or swimming pool/hot tub. I consider it expensive for the amenities provided. It was clean and I would stay again, and plan meals and coffee elsewhere.…
The stay was fantastic and everyone was so nice and accommodating. We had a very rough red eye flight and we felt more battered and sleep deprived than when we started our journey ... We didn't think we would be able to check in as early as we arrived but the staff was so welcoming they were able to check us in early. The skywalk, the bar and everything around the hotel was fantastic. I didn't think I would enjoy my time in Indiana but at the end of the trip, I definitely felt happy to have been there. Hopefully I will come back again!
