People were great. Liked the look of the place and eating establishments as well as location to other services. Only complaint was that i found a half eaten bag of BBQ potato chips stuffed into the ice bin in the room so it wasn't thoroughly inspected prior to check in. When taking a shower I noticed a ceiling tile about...

The hotel is beautiful on the inside. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room had nice amenities including bigger shampoo and conditioner bottles and body wash in addition to the bar soap. The room was mostly clean. There was a lot of dust in my room and the toilet was not completely cleaned on the outside. The bed and...

Checked in for a 3 night stay and opted to pay for the Club access to find out that the Club was only opened the Thursday night that we arrived and not Fri and Sat? They reversed the other night charges but not until after I pointed it out to the clerk at the front desk on the card that...

This hotel was great! All of the staff was great. Our maids were so nice and even though the hotel was sold out for conferences you would have never noticed because of the exceptional service they offered. Jonathan at the front desk was very kind and helped make my stay better. I will stay here again. (Wifi is free with...

First things first-if you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. The doors (every room door) slam so hard when they close, you will be awakened each time someone enters or exits their room. It was torture for a light sleeper like me. The Hyatt is generally a really nice hotel. This one is pretty nice...

Room needed a few fixes. The room layout was strange. The air didn't get that cold. I am always freezing but I had to set the air on 65 in order to even feel a small breeze and I was still burning up all night. The restraint on the main level wa a terrible and expensive.

Nice hotel. Was attached to Lucas Oil via skywalk and through the convention center. When hotel is full elevators are extremely slow. Waited at least 10 minutes each time up and down. Subway and Starbucks attached. Pool was small but overall was a nice clean stay.

I would like to encourage anyone in the Indy area to try the Hyatt. Wonderful service, wonderful food. Great service from the administrative staff. Prices are a little high for dining in the hotel but plenty of restaurants in the downtown area, all within walking distance. A great place to stay. I would stay again with no reservations.
