Travelers' Choice
Our six room B&B is located one block off Mass Avenue in downtown Indianapolis. Within walking distance are independent restaurants, pubs, jazz, breweries, live theater, shopping, a winery and public art. Our approach to the B&B experience is modern and individualized. Whether in town for business, pleasure or perhaps you live down the street, Nestle Inn provides a unique and stress free experience in the heart of downtown Indy. Each guest room has a private bath and free WiFi is provided throughout as well as express check in which enables you to arrive on your own time schedule. Our approach is more hands off than hands on. We focus on providing for all of your needs behind the scenes without disrupting your stay. We may not be your grandmother's B&B .....But even she would be happy at Nestle Inn.

I was looking forward to staying at the Nestle Inn; I love B&B! I've stayed in several. I'll start by saying that I'm unfamiliar with the area where the Inn is located. I knew in advance that parking was on the street; however, I didn't realize it would not be easy to find something, particularly after dark. We drove around for at least an hour, going down the same streets in circles, and Google Maps was no help. There are a lot of one-way streets, alleys, and diagonal roads. The owner said to call them if we needed help finding somewhere to park and that they would show us. I called, but they didn't pick up the phone. Eventually, we found our way to the Penrose parking garage on Mass, and I would suggest doing that instead of trying to find parking on the street or at the school that offered free parking. After we parked, I asked someone for directions back to the Inn, and I was grateful it was only a two-minute walk! The night at the Inn was pleasant, and the room was cozy and homey. They offered a coupon to buy breakfast at a nearby coffee house the following day, but we slept in instead. This Inn was a different experience. All the B&B I've stayed at have staff (usually the owner) living at the B&B, which is nice to have someone available for questions and people to talk to and visit. I forgot my hairdryer, so I emailed them before bed asking for one, but they didn't respond. If you stay at the Nestle Inn, I suggest you figure out where you're going to park and what you need in advance because, unfortunately, the owner(s) aren't available for assistance. I don't particularly like leaving an honest review if it isn't glowing, but honestly, this was my least favorite experience staying at an Inn.

What a great option to stay a block off Mass Ave and not be in a hotel. I was looking for a fun experience and to support local and this is the perfect place. The contactless check in was a bonus. The room was clean and exactly what we expected from the online pictures.

This was our first time at Nestle Inn and decided to stay here based on the reviews and the location. We were not disappointed. The easy check in process and access to the home was fantastic. Our king size room (#2) had a private bath that featured a claw handle tub and separate shower. The room also had a cute sitting room which was great to have a morning cup of coffee while my teenage daughter slept in a little! The bed was comfy and the room was super clean. Loved being able to walk to Coat Check Coffee to have a yummy latte and croissant for breakfast. Great location and would have no problem staying here again!

We only spent one night at the Nestle Inn, but it was a very good experience. We certainly would return. We did not see anyone there while we were there, but it was a good experience overall. The best part of the evening was the wonderful surrounding neighborhood.

We girls have a Mah Jongg party every year. This was our 5th stay at Nestle Inn. We love that there is a huge kitchen where we can make our snacks and lunch. Owner very friendly and helpful ! The Inn is just off Mass Ave … that is loaded with places to eat, and several cute shops! ( Union 50 )!

Beautiful home! Great location, walking distance to many restaurants/bars. Love the self-check-in process! It was like we were the only people there. The room was very clean and quiet. The cooking class was fun!

Beautiful period home, In a brilliant location for exploring downtown Indianapolis and an easy walk to the vibrant Bottleworks district. The wonderful communal facilities make it very convenient to stay here for more than a night stopover. There’s a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and lounges to relax in. It was a pleasure to meet Leesa, the friendly owner, who also runs cookery classes on site.

I spent two nights at the lovely Nestle Inn in September. The historic building itself is quite handsome and well maintained. And so are the rooms and common areas: spacious and charming with various personal touches. All making for a comfortable and “homey” experience. Location cannot be better: a quiet, residential street but so close to the busy city center. And easy to reach from the highway with lots of parking options on the surrounding streets. The breakfast arrangement offered by the Nestle Inn is also nice and very convenient, and one of Indy’s best restaurants is right across the street. Would be happy to stay there again, and highly recommend it!

This was our first B&B experience and it was awesome! I loved the self-check in process and parking on the street wasn’t difficult. We enjoyed room 4 on the second floor. We mainly choose this inn based on location. Once we arrived, we didn’t get back in the car. We walked Mass avenue, exploded the garage at Bottleworks, there are numerous restaurants nearby as well. We also took the cultural trail and it was about a 20 minute walk to the canal. Hands down the best feature of the inn was the voucher to coat check coffee. We always visit many coffee shops when we travel but Coat Check is one of the best! We will definitely be back on our next Indy trip!
