I won a night's stay at the Nestle Inn from a fundraiser I attended, and we decided to use it around Valentine's Day. What a gem of a bed and breakfast! It is within walking distance of the downtown area, and Mass Ave, where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is an old inn as I gathered, but has the perfect balance of modern and antique. The room was beautifully furnished, and the bathroom was well done. All clean and tidy. We woke up to the smell of fresh coffee. They give you a voucher for a couple of restaurants nearby to use for breakfast (about $20 value). We went next door to Henry's Coffee Bistro for breakfast, and it was really tasty. We met the host on our way to breakfast, and he was kind and friendly. I would definitely consider coming back here.

We try to visit once a year for cooking class, which is always fun. We stayed in room four, which has a shower only bathroom. The hosts were polite and friendly. The furnishings were cozy. It was also close to Mass Avenue, which had many fun places to visit. Health measures were taken with hand sanitizers, contactless entry, and masks.

My family of 5 stayed at the Nestle Inn over the Thanksgiving Holiday, and it couldn't have been a better choice. The communication, location, and amenities (we had a large suite on the 3rd floor), were perfect.

The Inn partners with local coffee shops nearby to off a delicious coffee and breakfast experience for their guests. The Inn owner, Leesa, also has fresh coffee made each morning in the common area so we could enjoy a hot cup(s) of joe while getting the kids ready. There were even Keurig cups of hot cocoa, which my kids loved and asked for each morning! Fresh towels and amenities were provided daily (in a contactless manner to maintain COVID safety).

We enjoyed having a quiet retreat to return to in between family activities and Indy adventures. The attention to detail was top-notch.

No doubt we will stay here again with each visit to Indy!

This was my first trip to Indianapolis and I chose the Nestle Inn based on its positive reviews. The lovely old inn has a few rooms downstairs; most are up a flight of stairs. My room had a comfortable king bed with windows, a desk, television in a cabinet, and a clean bathroom. Counter space is limited. The second floor has a shared living area with comfortable seating, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee and tea service. Downstairs has two front-facing rooms for relaxing or reading with shelves of books. The covered porch has chairs. and is an inviting place to rest.

Breakfast is not served at the inn; guests are provided with chits that allow breakfast next door, or at the historic Athenaeum, about a 7-8 minute walk from the inn.

The Nestle inn is a terrific base to explore the historic district and downtown. Sidewalks are wide, old buildings are restored and occupied with thriving businesses, museums, monuments, and historical markers are everywhere, and for foodies, Indianapolis was a dream. Who knew?

I would stay here again and recommend the Nestle Inn to friends and family. Leesa, the innkeeper, was kind and engaging. A great choice.

We took a cooking class and stayed the night at the inn. Both we fantastic experiences. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to get a good night's sleep which is unusual for us in a new location. The innkeeper was very hospitable and anticipated any needs we could have had. We appreciated the mask wearing and while in the inn as it made me feel safe and that they took cleanliness serious. I would highly recommend staying here!!!!

This was our first B&B experience and it was awesome! I loved the self-check in process and parking on the street wasn’t difficult. We enjoyed room 4 on the second floor. We mainly choose this inn based on location. Once we arrived, we didn’t get back in the car. We walked Mass avenue, exploded the garage at Bottleworks, there are numerous restaurants nearby as well. We also took the cultural trail and it was about a 20 minute walk to the canal. Hands down the best feature of the inn was the voucher to coat check coffee. We always visit many coffee shops when we travel but Coat Check is one of the best! We will definitely be back on our next Indy trip!

This was our first time at Nestle Inn and decided to stay here based on the reviews and the location. We were not disappointed. The easy check in process and access to the home was fantastic. Our king size room (#2) had a private bath that featured a claw handle tub and separate shower. The room also had a cute sitting room which was great to have a morning cup of coffee while my teenage daughter slept in a little! The bed was comfy and the room was super clean. Loved being able to walk to Coat Check Coffee to have a yummy latte and croissant for breakfast. Great location and would have no problem staying here again!

My boyfriend and I can’t to town from Columbus to see a band at the Old National Center and chose the Nestle Inn for it’s location in proximity to the venue, and what a wonderful choice I made. Although located on a relatively busy street, the quiet and comfort of the inside of the Inn was a wonderful change from a cold and lackluster chain hotel. We are NOT B&B people, but the owners make the check in and out process seamless and certainly make you feel at home while allowing the guests their space. The smell of fresh brewed coffee that I awoke to in the morning was delicious!!!!! Thank you for making our quick 24 hour get-a-way even more memorable.

I was looking forward to staying at the Nestle Inn; I love B&B! I've stayed in several.
I'll start by saying that I'm unfamiliar with the area where the Inn is located. I knew in advance that parking was on the street; however, I didn't realize it would not be easy to find something, particularly after dark. We drove around for at least an hour, going down the same streets in circles, and Google Maps was no help. There are a lot of one-way streets, alleys, and diagonal roads. The owner said to call them if we needed help finding somewhere to park and that they would show us. I called, but they didn't pick up the phone. Eventually, we found our way to the Penrose parking garage on Mass, and I would suggest doing that instead of trying to find parking on the street or at the school that offered free parking. After we parked, I asked someone for directions back to the Inn, and I was grateful it was only a two-minute walk!

The night at the Inn was pleasant, and the room was cozy and homey. They offered a coupon to buy breakfast at a nearby coffee house the following day, but we slept in instead.
This Inn was a different experience. All the B&B I've stayed at have staff (usually the owner) living at the B&B, which is nice to have someone available for questions and people to talk to and visit. I forgot my hairdryer, so I emailed them before bed asking for one, but they didn't respond.
If you stay at the Nestle Inn, I suggest you figure out where you're going to park and what you need in advance because, unfortunately, the owner(s) aren't available for assistance.
I don't particularly like leaving an honest review if it isn't glowing, but honestly, this was my least favorite experience staying at an Inn.

Thank you for giving us your feedback. I’m so sorry that you did not have a good experience. Overall, it sounds like we need to do a better job of communicating upfront about parking, and the fact that the owners live on property in a carriage house next-door. I will follow up as to why your calls were not answered. There are hairdryers in the room, and since there is always staff on site, we should have been able to provide you assistance with parking. The self check in email that we send outlines parking availability but it sounds like perhaps we need to be a little more direct in that email. I hope you will give us a chance to win your loyalty back another time. I would be happy to personally assist you at any time. Again, I’m so sorry for your experience and appreciate your feedback.

We really enjoyed our stay for a weekend getaway. The room was beautiful and we especially enjoyed the heavy blanket that is unlike anything else I’ve ever seen (we went in December so a thick cozy blanket was great!) We also liked the plush bathrobes, and the extra attention to detail, like congratulating us on our anniversary! The downstairs has well decorated rooms and are worth looking into. Everyone kept their distance (due to Covid) but were very pleasant. We will be back! Thank you
