We picked this hotel for it's use of art throughout the building. That was definitely worth the stop. I was very impressed with the collection. We were disappointed that, as of this time, they have no valet (we self parked in a ramp a block away), and the resturarant and bar area were both closed. We were there on a Monday night and apparently they are only open on the weekends. We were told it was a staffing issue but it also didn't appear to be that busy, yet, either. The room was fine, bed comfortable, but the pillow was a bit overfilled for my taste and I struggled with it during the night. We were directed to a breakfast restaurant (Yolk) connected to the hotel for breakfast, which was good It's a great location for activities either at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse or Lucas Oil Stadium. This hotel is situated right in the heart of the action. It has a great modern, hip aesthetic. I would definitely recommend it to anyone..

I stayed at the Alexander for a work seminar for 5 days. The hospitality was unmatched - every hotel employee I encountered was extremely helpful. I had to ship a package and two employees offered to personally drop it off at FedEx for me. The food was delicious and of good variety. They were responsive to the needs of the seminar in terms of space, hospitality, and food options. While I didn't have a chance to explore closely, the art throughout the hotel was beautiful. They have several pieces and installations - I regret not spending more time looking at this. The room was very spacious and comfortable - excellent amenities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Thanks for taking such good care of us!

This hotel was OK!! The TV had lines going through it and the remote did not work, got a new one and still did not work. Sheets did not even cover the entire mattress! There’s was about a foot of mattress at the end of the bed not covered. For the cost of this hotel it is not worth it. On the plus side staff was nice, and hotel itself was clean.

Staff were friendly, professional, and quick to please. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the art throughout the hotel is interesting and uplifting. The food at the Market restaurant was outstanding, as were the snack bars the hotel supplied for our group during our meeting days. I like to walk/jog while on trips, and in addition to the fitness room, the Lilly grounds are just across the street, and the river walk, museums, and more parks are an easy walk away. An outstanding hotel experience.
