I had stayed in this hotel shortly after it opened and had a good experience, which is why when I became engaged I was eager to inquire about having a wedding block here. Recently in September after calling multiple times trying to reach someone in sales I finally gave up and held my rooms elsewhere. Each time I called I was directed to someone in sales, left a detailed message and was never called back. The last time I called I even asked to speak with a manager hoping I would get the information I was looking for. I spoke with the hotel manager who was very nice and she told me she would personally deliver the message to the right person in sales as they shared an office. I was thoroughly disappointed not to hear anything back yet again. This is just not a good way to do business and left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend wasting your time with the process here.…
While taking care of personal business and celebrating my birthday, my wife, German shepherd and I spent two nights at Ironworks. Check in and valet processs were quick, friendly and competent. A great start to a wonderful experience. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Loved the furnishings! Room service was quick. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. We were very happy withour stay and will look forward to another visit.
We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice and more than accommodating. The views are great and the beds were comfortable. Close to many great restaurants. Provisions inside the hotel was delicious.
My wife and I spent a weekend and we couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. We love the location on the outskirts of Indianapolis, away from the downtown traffic, and yet it has shopping and dining opportunities nearby that were more than adequate for us during our stay. We arrived and were immediately checked in, offered valet parking, with an attendant to help us with our luggage. It was very easy to get into our room. The decor in the room and throughout the hotel is unique and has a retro, vintage feel. The use of wood, brick, iron and leather is perfectly carried out. The rooms are wonderful. Windows, view, bathroom, shower, beds all on point. The room fridge is cold and has a variety of beverages to enjoy. We even got to enjoy an unexpected snow during our weekend! We truly loved this hotel. It exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely be back if the opportunity arises.…
We planned a stay at Ironworks in the Legacy Terrace Suite for a bachelorette weekend. Prior to our stay, I was notified that there had been an error in the online booking system and the suite was overbooked. Anthony saved the day and upgraded us to the Founder’s Suite! We had a wonderful time sitting by the fire :) The location is great, customer service is amazing, and shower is a absolute experience!!
Super hotel with great staff. We stayed in one of the suites. The decor reflected the history of the building and was presented to a very high standard. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We were on a road trip from Atlanta to Chicago and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The others carried similar promise and were often of higher cost but none delivered to the same level as Ironworks. So much so, we decided to extend our day on the very first night. We dined in both on-site restaurants and again were impressed by both quality of food and service. If you head to Indy, stay here! It might not be in the Downtown area but it's more than worth the 15-20 minute drive.
What a great experience staying with this hotel for my nephews wedding. I had no problems with anything, the atmosphere is so fun loved it all. Staff was personable and professional. Your surrounded with amazing places to eat and within a short distance to just about anything you may need.
We have stayed here several times. Every time has been awesome. I have brought some large groups here too. This time was my wife’s birthday. They made it so special. Upgraded our room and all greeted my wife with birthday wishes. Simply, the best! And always smells like Heaven inside the hotel! Can’t recommend staying here more!
My wife and I traveled through Indianapolis and we stayed at this hotel. Olivia was working the front desk. She greeted me very nicely and she was happy to accommodate a couple requests I had. It is not the least expensive place but it is well worth the price in my opinion. I knew how much the rate was before going there. Thx to Google maps, there is no charge for hparking and the valet is also no charge. There is lots of places for all your needs. The entire staff that I had contact with was very pleasant and happy to be working there. We were there from Fri until Monday. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds are also very nice. We didn't have a reservation because we travel on the fly. Olivia gave me a little discount for walking in. We had 2 queen beds because she didn't have any kings left Enjoy your travels everyone and this place doesn't disappoint.…
My son and his groomsmen said that Ironworks Hotel Indy was the best and nicest hotel they've every stayed in! The group of 4 stayed the night before his wedding and said it was great! Thank you for a great stay!
