This has been by far the best Customer Service experience I've had from the staff reception! I left my passport in their security box and after a couple weeks notice they were able to expedite it to the shipping address needed. Always acting kind and human, something that tends to be forgotten now a days! Thank you for sharing the care!
This downtown hotel provided just what we wanted: a weekend away that felt glamorous and metropolitan. Entering the lobby, you will notice in addition to the industrial modern decor, a fragrance that you won’t soon forget. We were informed it is a diffuser by Malin + Goetz, called LM002 - named like the tail of an aircraft - and reminiscent of expensive nights out and European holidays. The staff here are kind and helpful. Our room was gorgeously appointed. We would stay here again and again.
We had a noisy room next to the elevator. Came back mid day for an afternoon nap. Housekeeping talked very loudly and yelled between rooms with no regard for any guests that may be on the same floor. Would not stay here again.
Location was perfect all the food was amazing having the top floor so you can see Indy come to life at night was awesome paying to park in garage over night was not expected after paying to stay at the hotel parking should have been free for staying .
Nice hotel within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Has a great restaurant and bar inside as well. Room was nice and spacious. Bathroom was big as well. This is a great place to stay. Since it is the city, one must park in the parking garage around the corner. It is well lit and feels safe. Would definitely recommend!
We were looking for a nice spot for a quick trip to Indy and this hotel was the perfect solution. It’s in a great old building and has awesome old hotel vibes. The valet and front desk staff were both super friendly and helpful. Our room was located at the end of a long hallway. The room was not very big, but it was cozy and well laid out. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The location was great and in close proximity to a lot of great places to hang out downtown.
I booked a deluxe room. In the photo it looks like the bed has it's only area with a sofa at the end. When I got in the room it looks exactly like the classic room photo. I went back down and talk to the person that checked us in and she argued with me. She said the photos are only a representation of what their rooms could look like. This is shady. Update your photos to represent the rooms as they actually are. Won't be staying here again. ps- don't eat breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. Didn't know it was possible to screw up biscuits and gravy so badly!
Very nice location downtown near good food and things to see all within walking distance. Really charming old architecture with a hint of modern. Nice sized rooms given the age of the building and extremely comfortable beds. My only complaint would be the showers had somewhat scalding water at times. I would have to let the water run 10-15 minutes at a time to cool, spoke to the front desk who stated the engineers could not determine why but it happened to multiple people.
We stayed for one night. The room was very clean and updated throughout all be it small. The bathroom was nice and modern and it was clean as well. The only downside was the view. The view was horrible, we looked out on an HVAC system for either the hotel or another building. The system blocked our whole view. We also had no robes in our room. Glad we didn't need them but it would have been nice to have them in case. It would have been a nice little extra touch of taking care of their customers. When we checked in the internet was down and we had to wait a little longer while the people at the desk figured out what to do. I didn't mind because they were super nice about it and they have no control over the internet. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel based on the employees and how clean everything was however, be sure to request a room with a decent view.…
I was driving back from Virginia and after 36 hours solid, I was just not able to continue, so I looked for rooms in Indianapolis, a good stopping point on my trip and there were a few available, but the Le Meridien's are usually at the top of my list along with JW's (the JW was way too expensive that night). I found the hotel clean, elegant, fancy, oldschool but modern twists. My room was astounding, large, on the top floor and super comfortable. The bar is really nice and S&S Restaurant has great filling and tasting food. The public area is really my kind of laid back but also upscale area. Then there are the secret rooms! Katherine was super helpful on my checkin and so gracious to show me the Cask room and the Steve McQueen room. She was a delight. The city was insanely busy, but Keith was able to valet my car and remember me out of a list of 60 people. He's a gem to this property.…
