Very helpful people.. A gentleman by the name of Shannon Digby was very friendly and helpful and generous. Great place for the children to swim.. Nice dinning area.. I noticed that there was an area for business meetings if that is what you are looking for..

Booked this room so my wife could celebrate her mothers 75th birthday. Heat broken and was told they would send up the engineer (Yea right! On Saturday night after 10:00pm) so after repeated calls they were moved as the pictures tell the rest of the story

We went to Evansville for Fall Festival and to get senior pictures taken with my daughters best friend. Chose this hotel do to its location to the city and to best friends home. I honestly would have probably given this hotel a 2 rating but the employees were so nice, that in itself deserves an extra point.

This hotel has the makings of a wonderful place but it is just simply run down. It has a beautiful atrium with a nice bar and restaurant but that is really where the nice stuff ends. The pool is a good size pool but there are missing tiles and cracks all around the pool. The elevators are very old and one of them I was afraid was going to get stuck.

The worst part of it all is the room, or at least our room. They are a very good size (we had a double queen room) however they are very dated. We had a balcony room that overlooks the atrium which was nice at first but not at night when everyone in the pool could be heard in our room, sometimes over the TV. The curtains were dirty and wouldn't close completely. The carpet at runs in it and there weren't alot of places to plug in electronics, between three of us we had 5 electronics. We had to unplug the alarm clock and lights by the bed to be able to charge everything. The bathroom was pretty bad too. There was mold in the shower, you could tell they tried to clean it but couldn't get it all. The toilet almost always overflowed before it decided to flush. The sink leaked all over the counter when you turned it on and we had to call the front desk when taking a shower because the faucet got stuck and we couldn't turn it off. While watching TV the whole TV went out. They have Direct TV so I don't really know what they issue was. When we returned later in the night we could watch cable TV but couldn't receive any local channels, so we couldn't watch the news like we wanted.
The beds were ok, not the most comfortable but not the worst I have slept in.
The hotel does have a breakfast buffet which was really nice. There were lots of selections and the fruit was very fresh. My only complaint there would be that there weren't a lot of drink selections, just apple juice, orange juice, coffee and water.

The best part of our stay were the employees. They were all very nice and accommodating. All our interactions were friendly and they wanted to make sure we were taken care.

My one suggestion, other then the obvious improvements listed above, is to make sure the first aid kit is stocked. My son scrapped his toe on the pool and it was bleeding. I went to the front desk and the first aid kit was out of bandaids. I had to make a special run to CVS.

This place has potential to be a great place. It seems that the owner has something against basic updates that are vital to the safety and health of the hotel’s guests. This comment is coming from someone who loves a firm mattress—the mattress was hard as a rock. There was an active leak in the ceiling, filthy tile in the tub, nowhere to hang a towel, the entire faucet lifted off the sink when we tried to turn on the water. The room we had was located adjacent to the indoor pool (read: paper thin walls and lots of kids having loud fun). Until the owner puts some money into it, I suggest that you just keep on driving.

When I went to the first room, I couldn't get past the trash outside the door and in the hallway around the door. Didn't even go in. Went to front desk and asked for a different room. Not a good idea because the second room was filthy, dirty and old-- on the inside. I usually take a bath at night, but the tub had so many patches and other people's hair, that I decided a shower in morning would suffice. Stains on carpet; tears in plastic-covered frame that mattress sat on. Since I am susceptible to staff infections, decided to just take a shower--but wore my flip flops in tub to avoid possible disease. Completely surprised by filth and that an airport hotel located so closely -of where many business travelers were staying --at as evidenced by those patronizing the hotel bar/restaurant-- is this careless on cleanliness.

Cynthia, I apologize, I do not know the answer to your question, as I only stayed in a regular room and it did not have a hot tub/jacuzzi in it. If their web page does not answer your questions, I would contact the hotel... More
