Enjoyed my visit for the most part. Was disappointed more restaurants were not open. Really disappointed that my request for a hypo-allergenic room was not taken care of prior to my arrival which caused me to have to change all of my own bedding due to covid.

Rented 2 rooms for 2 of the same nights at the same time, but charged different rates. Stayed an additional day in 1 of the rooms. Now I get to call to try and get them to fix their mistake, but the office doesn't seem to be open after 5. Was charged a resort fee of $15 a day but they will NOT clean your room even if you request it or come in to take out the trash. If you need anything like clean sheets, towels, klenex, etc., they will deliver to outside your door and you are on your own. What is the resort fee for???? Slots were very tight. Talked to quite a few people and no one seemed to be winning over the weekend we were there. Will not be returning to visit the money I left there. Staff reviewing our ID to get into the casino were more often than not rude, with the exception of an older man who was so sweet the first night. Wish I had gotten his name to send out kudos to him. Unfortunately after the first day, it was all downhill. Casino was very smokey, and full ash trays everywhere. Hotel itself was quiet and the rooms were nice, although my room had no hot water and I had to wait for about 40 minutes while they responded to our call and then worked in the bathroom so I could take a shower.. Check In staff was very nice and professional, but only 2 doing the actual checking in with a line of people. Nothing close to the casino but there are wineries in the area. I should have checked out the location a little more thoroughly.

Never pay cash for anything! They’re worse than the casino at robbing people, all while providing little to no customer service. Paid 300$ cash for a free stay and was never charged any deposit on my credit card. I may not be the brightest crayon in the box but I know when something seems sketchy.

Staff from front desk to rewards are were rude. The room was (including sheets with obvious cigarette burns) gross. Only one food option. Could not sleep at all on the uncomfortable bed due to the couple in the next room screaming at each other until 3am about the husband face time-ing some “B****”. Ugh....do not plan on staying again.

Hi NateF134, it's unfortunate that another guest made it hard for you to sleep in the hotel. Hopefully, you alerted the front desk to their argument so something could be done about it. Due to COVID-19 state mandates, some of the options guests are used to have had to be paused until things return to normal. Hopefully, when that happens, you will visit us again. Annual tradition for our family to meet for Mar. Madness. We completely understand COVID, et al. But mgmt was totally unprepared. Gambling, eating, drinking, all poorly set up. If there’s no staff available then don’t open your business.
