First of all, I have never left a 1 star review in my life. This hotel is by far a place I would never go to again. The hotel requires mask usage of all customers - however none of the cleaning staff used them! Our room was not clean. There was dirt all over the carpet, bathroom floor was dirty, and our toilet would not stop running. The cover on our bed was also stained and dirty, it clearly hadn’t been washed or the washer did not so it’s job. The hotel breakfast was a joke, by 9am there were only fruit left. The hotel’s elevator did not have a license for the inspection listed and made ungodly noises while in operation. We tried to speak to a manager however we were told there was no manager on duty and we were not provided with how to contact them. I notice in many of the reviews someone from management continually apologizes and promises to do better yet no changes have been made. For the cost of the room I expected much more. …
We waited at the check-in counter for over 5mins without any staff. Finally a staff member walks in the front door; walks by us and says nothing; one minute later I see him in the office and I ask if he could check us in. He said "as you can see Im not on the clock but I will check you in". I try to make small talk with him and he seems disinterested. We get our keys to room 130. The room had been cleaned by housekeeping but was gross. There was a dead bug in the corner. The carpet hadnt been vacuumed very well as there was still food crumbs from the previous occupants and dust cobwebs in the corners and on the walls. I went back and spoke with the same guy and asked for a new room. He said he would have house keeping come and just clean it. I asked again, to please just change the room. Finally he gives us room 128 which was next door. Walk in to almost the same situation with food crumbs and overall poor cleaning. He sent housekeeping and we decided to stay the night. We were there for a softball tournament and another softball family was staying in room 129. Around 8pm that evening they had a MOUSE in there room. Again, the front desk didnt offer them a new room but rather just a glue trap to catch the mouse. After finding this out, we just left. I didn't even tell the staff (mainly because there wasnt anyone at the front desk Again). Hugely disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. We will NEVER return.…
Checked in. We were one of three cars all 3 days. Room was clean and comfortable. However no housekeeping the entire stay. We made our bed, Was given extra towels but they laid wet under sink because no one picked up and we got our own trash and emptied it in our a garbage bag. Breakfast was cold hard eggs and when my husband asked for more pancake batter fir the machine the lady was very put out helping him. When we did check out a young man who was cleaning yelled and told me to put our cards on the desk. I told I wanted the bill as he came up and did. I asked why were there no housekeeping and he replied that the owner is funny about that. There was a Hotel 6 across the road who looked busier and there is a Wendy's and Denny’s close by. We are Diamond members of Wyndom. I would not call their services living even close to Diamond service. Subpar at best. Will contact Wyndom corporate yo get truthful answers.…
The hotel had an overwhelming musty smell as soon as you walked in. it was not clean, and even though there were two queen-sized beds in the room, it was crowded. Probably what bothered me more than anything else was the fact that there was no sink in the bathroom. Imagine having to go outside of the bathroom to wash your hands after using the bathroom. I have never stayed in a hotel like that, and will make sure I never do again. I do have to say that the gentleman at the desk was very nice.
Great stay! The front desk employee named Patrick Altman was terrific and outstanding. He went over and above to make my stay perfect which I have never said before. The food breakfast was good and the whole staff went out of their way to help me!!! Thank you Patrick!!
