Great front desk staff. Always has been a clean and friendly experience. Good working location to Louisville Metro and Southern Indiana. Rumors are wonderfully clean, my only complaint was the rooms were a bit humid on a hot, very hot summer day. Perhaps some sort of dehumidifier might be used. Butt overall a great little place to stay and it... More

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel is clearly past its prime. The room smelled like mildew and it is really difficult to get back on Lewis and Clark Parkway from the hotel. I would probably stay somewhere else in the future.

Great location; close to many stores and restaurants. A good alternative than staying in Louisville (right across the river). The staff was awesome! They were fantastic with my 4 year old grandson. Always talking with him and giving him little goodies! The only negative is that the hotel is dated and can use a refresh! Having said that, would go... More

I travel for work and stay at Hilton properties at least 2 weeks out of every month. For the price you pay for a room here (I paid 150/night) the value is severely lacking, especially for a Hilton property. The building itself is clearly dated, and the rooms reflect that. The edges of frames and the bathroom mirror were chipped,... More

We are sorry we were not able to provide you with a better quality of service. This is not typical of our usual Hamptonality and welcoming staff, and we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. We try hard to make sure all of our guests have a great stay.. Thank you for your feedback and we... More

Stayed at the Hampton Inn, Clarksville, IN as I had a training session. Used the conference room and it was set up better than what I had expected. Staff was very helpful. Room was great and quiet. Will stay again.

Front desk reception and assistance very mediocre. Never was welcomed as a diamond member, or offered the check in package. Breakfast was just ok. Location is not the best..but convienent to downtown Louisville.

Very nice hotel. Checked all the boxes. The breakfast area seating area can be inadequate if there is a big group trying to eat when you do. But app to check in is easy. Room very clean. Quiet hall noise (we chose a room close to the end of the hall). I'd stay there again.

I've stayed at many Hamptons and thus one was probably the worst. The room entire place was run down a bit and the rooms weren't the cleanest. Ours was very hot and the a.c.unit only blew medium cool air. Even the ceiling tiles in the hallways were gross looking with many having water damage. If you wanted breakfast, you might... More

Dear Tim M I appreciate the review of your recent stay at our hotel. I'm sorry that you received a poor level of service; this is not the Hampton norm as our goal is to give the best customer service. I have addressed these issues with our staff. The next time you are in the area we would love to... More

Our room was fine, except there was no fridge. Usually we get a small fridge where we stay so this was a surprise. Also, we had a nice time in the pool, though it was outdoors and pretty small. Breakfast was fine.

Most of the hotels we tried to book in Louisville proper were either already booked or over- the priced, so we opted for this Hampton Inn, just across the bridge from downtown Louisville (on the Indiana side of the river about 5 miles north of downtown). The area is industrial and the hotel is not as well-equipped as most Hampton... More
