Really enjoyed my stay and the location could not be better for exploring downtown. Cool building, nice room and the street noise did not bother me at all. Easy communication on getting in to my room. Price was very reasonable. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to explore ...but I'll be back. I was traveling solo...

Loved this place. Beautiful room with nice touches: gourmet chocolate, handmade soaps to name a few. Lots of charm and super comfy! The location was great too. Right in the heart of downtown within walking distance of everything. The staff was also really sweet.

What a great little hotel in the perfect location. Can't remember the room number but it overlooked a side street off the court house square. I was a little disappointed that it didnt overlook the courthouse but as it turned out it was a blessing. The road directly on the square has to be one of the most traveled roads...

Great downtown location. I stayed for two nights in the Walnut room which was spacious and had a wonderful decor. I wish my house had a room like it because I just loved it and felt kind of sad to leave. Communication with the staff (Kat) from booking to checking in was efficient and friendly. I will be back next...

This was our first stay at Walnut Street Inn. The inn was easy to locate and provided free parking behind the building. The staff was fantastic. We had the Lotus room which was spacious and included a small kitchenette (that was nice to have). Overall we loved the room and the small eco friendly and natural touches. Wish the bed...

We have stayed at the Walnut Inn on two different trips to IU. The rooms are nice, good beds, nice tall shower, kitchenette, private parking, etc. Communications via email can be slow but no real problem. The location is great but just way too noisy. You will fall asleep just to be awakened later by noisy drunks, motorcycles or any of several...

We first stayed at this inn when it opened several years ago and it was the best in all aspects. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. The staff could not be nicer. The location is close to everything you could possibly need. The only downfall is like any hotel in the heart of the city, it can be loud...

The Walnut street Inn is small and on courthouse square in Bloomington. It is in a former office space on the second floor with 2 stairwell entrances. The rooms are all fairly large, have varying fixtures and nice amenities. There is a kitchen available, adjacent to the yoga room. The rooms can be noisy, and ear plugs are provided. The...

The Walnut Street Inn is located right on the square above an Indian restaurant in downtown Bloomington. There are 2 entrances, both do have steep steps to get upstairs. You will be given a key code for the door(s) to the building and to your room. No pesky keys or key cards to misplace! The Inn has 4 rooms. The...

I couldn't rate this more highly...great little place right on the square in Bloomington, reasonably priced, and the owners/staff were friendly throughout my reservation process and my stay. I'll definitely stay here again!
