We booked 7 nights at Clayoquot, and that was the cleverest thing we've done! Clayoquot is simply brilliant! But what made our experience there unique and memorable was the fact we stayed for more than the usual 3-4 nights. So we were able to truly enjoy this place and get to know the staff, who is simply marvelous. Every member... More

My family and I spent a week at Clayoquot. Since then, I've been remembering those old ads for the Queen Mary - a woman standing with her mop, cleaning house, and thinking "Once I was served coffee from a silver service." The guides, the chefs, the spa, the wait staff-- all behaved as if I were a friend they had... More

You arrive here by seaplane ,weather permitting. I must admit to feeling rather nervous on arrival as we were staying for seven days. I was concerned that we would get bored or be thrust too closely together with other guests which has happened on a previous holiday. I needn't have worried. All bar one of the activities that we chose... More

Glamping at its best! Our family stayed in the gorgeous, ensuite tents with heated bathroom floors. Everything was perfect. The gourmet food was amazing from breakfast to dinner. Can't wait to return. I hope they continue to add more activities and hone their attentiveness to details.

I had the opportunity to spend four days at this beautiful resort with the family I work for (I’m a Nanny), which was one of [if not] the best vacation experience we’ve ever had! The 360 degree views of open wilderness, the luxurious tent accommodations, and the plethora of activities was awesome, but ultimately, it was the incredible staff and... More

What an incredibly amazing experience!! The only way to get there, is by water plane. You land on a river in de middle of nowhere, as far as u can see there are only trees, mountains and just beautiful nature. they provide a very warm welcome where the entire staff introduces themselves and the activities they are responisble for. There... More

I cannot speak to the reviews from 2015, but our visit in June of 2016 under new manager Sarah was fantastic. The natural beauty of the place cannot be adequately described here. The sleeping tents, dining facilities and grounds were better than any of the many Glamping resorts my family and I have visited, and we have been to some... More

This luxury destination has a keen focus on delivering personalized service, excellent food, and well organized activities with friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. When combined with the scenery, luxury tents and activities, this is the best choice for luxury Glamping on Vancouver Island. The new executive chef, pastry chef, and resort manager are a wonderful complement to seasoned guides, sommelier,... More

It has been several years since we were there but the food, accommodations and everything there is just the best. Activities are well planned with something to interest everyone. It is just an unusual trip that you should experience. It is expensive but well worth the price. From the reports i heard it has just gotten better.
