We needed a place close to Chicago, but didn't want to pay parking for downtown - was 25 minutes from downtown, close to good restaurants and shops. It was quite clean and a very reasonable price. Easy access to 55 to get to Chicago. Would stay here again if in the area. Would have been better if breakfast was served, but understand some are still concerned due to Covid.

This hotel was great & I will definitely stay there from now on when Im in the area! The only small issue was Im sure due to Covid, I stayed 4 nights & housekeeping didnt come in at all, even to take trash or bring towels. That's understandable though right now. ;) For me, they are perfectly located & the staff was always helpful & professional.

We had two rooms for two nights. The rooms were clean and safe during the Pandemic. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Although breakfast was not being served, we were provided all the coffee and condiments we needed. We would stay there again.

To start, the hotel lobby and room were very dirty (dust in the most unexpected places, dirty carpets , not near the standard. As we returned from a night of fun with friends at 3:00 am, we had a very unpleasant surprise in our room... A MOUSE!! (Please see attached picture) We informed the front desk of the situation, and the front desk agent (a very nice and empathetic lady) decided to contact the manager to find what our options would be at the time, since the hotel was sold out. I was put in contact with the manager via phone, so she could better explain what actions they would be taking from there. The manager is honestly the worst HOSPITALITY “professional” I have ever seen. Her suggestion was to “allow” us to check out early, without penalties for the following nights booked as well as the specific night of the incident (which considering the situation, it was the MINIMUM she should do). Basically, my friends and I were forced to pack our bags with a MOUSE running inside the room and then to drive around the area to find a hotel available at 4AM. I repeatedly asked her what type of compensation/recovery she would extend to us, given that our whole experience was ruined, and she simply continued to tell us that it was ALL (which really, was nothing) she could do. Very frustrating!!! Don’t waste your time and money! Stay away! -Thais

I was there for almost two weeks for business and it was a very comfortable place. Staff was the upmost amazing thing here. The hotel itself is a little worn down but other than that I was very pleased with everything there.
