We stay at this hotel every time we are in the area which is a lot. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay better. Hyatt has become our number one choice when traveling after staying here.

We loved our two night stay this last weekend. The hotel is nice, the kitchen in the room was large and clean, and the breakfast was solid. The price was great and the staff was really excellent in all aspects.

My first time at a Hyatt House hotel couldn't have been nicer. The decor and ambience of the facility from the lobby to my room were fantastic. The room was comfortable and laid out well, great for an extended stay. The rate was a fantastic value as well.

With the 2 bedroom suite does the kitchen have a full oven and cooktop?

Is the hotel close to a train station for daily visits into the city?
Thank you for the question. Yes we are only 4 miles from the Naperville train station which runs between here and Chicago's Union Station.

We would normally have brought these issues to the attention of management. But our trip was like a (non-fun) roller coster rider, as we spent much time at Edward Hospital, touring Skilled Nursing Facilities, and visiting my mother-in-law at the SNF where she is currently residing for rehab. We also knew that the hotel was full and did not think it would be worth bothering to request a room change, particularly since we wanted to stay on the top floor (not to mention the bother of moving after occupying #506 for a few days). Do you have any plans to replace/upgrade the furniture or beds? The sectional is in particularly sad shape (we noticed this in a different room in 2014). I also just remembered that the 1-Bedroom suites lack a table near the sectional, which makes them awkward to use for relaxation, cocktails, snacks, etc. If I did not mention Katie, please add her to the Kudos list. She was a friendly face and we saw her helping to clean up the breakfast/lounge area one day.
