No masks by the front desk staff and no attempt to stop people in the lobby without masks despite the sign saying masks required. Skunky weed smell everywhere. Just generally run down. Only 2 very flat pillows. Thin THIN sad blanket. Thin walls that let you hear everything. Poorly patched holes. General poor stay but should have known that when we had to sign a "no partys" agreement at check in. Will NOT be coming back.
Sort of run down. Not up to the newer construction La Quinta hotels. Room was a tiny with worn carpets and airplane sized bathroom. Sketchy neighborhood, but go figure, too close to Chicago I guess. Not again at this location. Other locations yes, but not here.
First off, I would like to shout out Anton and Serena for giving us amazing customer service! We are two women traveling 3,000 miles in a 16 foot moving truck. Anton came out into the parking lot to help us find a comfortable, safe spot to park the van. Serena was also very polite and gave us all the info we needed for our stay without me having to ask a single question. We got into our room, and WOW! Gorgeous room, ultra-clean, plenty of towels. There were vending machines on every floor, and an elevator. They were taking every precaution with COVID, and Anton even reminded me to wear my mask everywhere so I wouldn't get a ticket. My only complaint was that this is obviously a party hotel. Even though they make you sign a document regarding their zero-tolerance policy for noise, we were kept up all night by folks going in and out to smoke (they were drunk and screaming through the hallways each time). Today was a rough 400-mile drive on hardly any sleep. If you are traveling long distances and need rest, sadly this is probably not a good choice. However, I would like to reiterate that the customer service was incredible, and the rooms were hospital clean.…
Marriage getaway honeymoon time enjoy ourselves. Shopping and dining out enjoying the nearby Orland Park, Illinois suburban amusement actions, away from the Chicago downtown hustle and bustle. The bride and enjoyed ourselves.
The staff at this Tinley Park, IL location were awesome, especially Antoine (could've spelled his name wrong) and his brother (name also begins witn A)! As a 1st time visitor to the city, I was welcomed and advised on the local eateries, etc. I'd definitely be staying here when I return!
