I booked 3 rooms at this hotel for 4 nights. To begin with, my bathroom door handle fell off. This was addressed when we checked in with a temporary fix, and then a permanent fix was addressed the next morning. I also pointed out that the toilet leaked and the light on the headboard had fallen off, and was just balanced there. From there, I went downstairs to join my family for dinner. I asked if they had any paper plates, but they were only able to scronge up 6. (I realize that was an "us" issue, not a "them" issue, but paper plates? They have 2 restaurants on site.)
For this, we were charged and extra "resort" fee of $5 per night per room! Where was the resort? I spoke with a representative who said the extra fee paid for the "free parking, the weight room and all the other amenities". How is it free if we are paying for it.
Over all it was not the worst hotel I stayed at, but for the money I paid, I expected more!! It gave me the feeling of "in its hayday - it was a great hotel."
For this, we were charged and extra "resort" fee of $5 per night per room! Where was the resort? I spoke with a representative who said the extra fee paid for the "free parking, the weight room and all the other amenities". How is it free if we are paying for it.

The hotel was modern, nice decor, clean, and had workout equipment in the room’s. Very large TV in the room! But the staff wasn’t very welcoming. Checking in was just an average experience, nothing special. Checking out, the front desk staff was on the phone the entire time! She was too busy with her personal call to speak more than 5 words to me-even after I advised her I had a question about checkout. Again, it looks cool, but it’s nothing special and the staff gives you the bare minimum of service. We booked with a need for our dog to stay with us, the hotel is supposed to be “pet friendly”, but they charge you a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE pet deposit!!!!! In addition to the $70 incidentals deposit. I travel frequently and specifically call every hotel I book to verify what fees due for each stay, and the person I spoke with at this hotel did not say there was any additional pet fees, and I specifically asked! The $100 non-refundable fee applies to all animals including service animals. The exercise equipment in the room just took up extra space I didn’t need, and the beds were very high and hard to get into. Pillows were comfortable, but the mattress gave me a back ache. Overall, I wasn’t impressed.

This hotel seemed conflicted. The lobby & outside were clean & well kept. When you got to the elevator, the button panel was partly pushed in as was the elevator phone panel. The room was very lively with workout equipment, a huge TV and a decent amount of channels. There were disinfecting wipes to use. My sister is 5’6” and had a hard time getting into the bed because it was so tall. I’m 5’ & had to kind of brace myself against the wall to get into it. The filling in the blanket was all wadded up inside so not particularly warm. The bathroom shower was outstanding with the shampoo/conditioner & soap in containers attached to the wall. It had a regular shower head & a rain shower head. However, the toilet was securely fastened to the floor so it rocked & the back of the bathroom door was dirty.
I would try another Even hotel, but I’m not sure about this one.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is very very spacious and very clean. I first look at a bathroom when I enter a room, and this one was spotless. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous too. The rooms are very very comfortable and this hotel is in a very nice location. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. We are very likely to stay here again.
There was a problem with our reservation, and it was not due to anything that the hotel did, or didn’t do. The women at the front desk were extremely patient and had to make a few calls since our booking was through a third-party company. They were extremely accommodating and very very kind.
The TV was a big screen TV, and was an HD TV. There were many channels, and all of them came in very clearly.

My biggest reason for the low rating is because of the cleaning crew trying to rush us out in the morning and also having loud conversations in the hallway. We left our room around 7:30am to get breakfast and a woman who was cleaning the room next to ours followed us to the elevator and asked if we were checking out. We told her we weren't and we had left the "do not disturb" sign on our door. When we returned, there were more cleaners on the floor, and they were shouting back and forth to each other while they worked. Luckily, we weren't sleeping in. Then when we did leave for the day, an hour before check-out, a man in the hallway asked if we were checking out and for our room number. The woman who followed us to the elevator then popped out of a room and told him our room number. While I understand, they probably had a lot of rooms to clean, guests should not feel like they are an inconvenience, especially when they leave well before check-out. My other reason for the low rating is that the restaurant has a limited menu and a terrible wine selection, so we ended up leaving the hotel for dinner. The restaurant and bar were also closed in the afternoon and only offered a buffet for breakfast. We also left for breakfast and ordered Uber Eats for lunch. I wish I would have waited to book closer to our stay. There were plenty of rooms available and at a lower rate than I secured by booking in advance. The location was convenient with being attached to the convention center that had an event we were attending, and the hotel was clean, but otherwise I would not recommend staying here.

Drove in Friday evening for a 17 to 20 June stay.
Poor noise protection for the rooms, you'll hear everything.
A light bulb was out on one of the stand lamps; informed lobby along with a desire for fresh towels. No response.
Morning of the 19th I picked my clothes off the floor from night before and found a stream of ants coming from the wall, evacuated most of my belongings to the car figuring I could at least sleep and shower in the room until checkout.
Morning of the 20th and the ants found more clothes on the other side of the room, bigger hive near the windows.
Nearly all staff appeared unhelpful or impotent during my stay, basic courtesy is not included with your rate, but it is painted on the walls everywhere.
The exception was the lady dark haired lady working the lobby during the evening shift who replaced my key when it stopped working (3 times) and was able to quickly get a tech to my room to enable the AC, which wasn't turned on for my room.
I feel I paid for a 3 Star but got a 2 Star experience; overpaid by at least half.

After arriving, I quickly found out that the block rate we were given was much higher than the current rate. I spoke to staff on site as well as corporate staff and no one was willing to do anything about it. Once you sign the papers upon your arrival, expect the hotel staff to do nothing else for you. If you stay here, which I would advise against, check the current rates online before you check in. The difference was significant - $60/night less.
The housekeeping staff, on multiple occasions, tried to get me to say I didn’t need any services that day so they could check me off. They will catch you in the hallway and manipulate your words.
Our sheets were never changed in the 2 weeks we stayed there. They promise every 5 days, but don’t expect that to actually happen.
The restaurant attached to the hotel is poorly staffed. On more than one occasion, we sat down at a table and received no service then walked away. You’re better off ordering Door Dash from a local restaurant.
The good - the lobby stays relatively clean and they usually have water for guests. The gym area is large and nice, probably one of the better gyms I’ve seen in this type of hotel.
Overall, we would not choose to stay there again.

Advertised that they have a pool. Booked a room for my children to swim. Booked 3 weeks in advance. The day of stay we find out that they actually have no pool. Cancellation policy said we would lose a $5 deposit so we cancelled and booked at another IHG location. The next day my card was charged for a full stay. Trying to reach out to corporate but they make it very hard to get any info on these people.

The staff were kind and helpful especially in the bar/restaurant. The fitness equipment was cool. BUT the elevators don't work! and honestly it seems to be common knowledge. One employee suggested the maintenance guy would be called.... are you kidding me? the guy who fixes the light bulbs is going to put OTIS out of business and fix an elevator that has been malfunctioning for a long time (per other reviews that I now see)? It's a hazard and the place shouldn't function without elevators. I was put in a room that had an 'adjoining' door to the next room; Thank god it was locked on my side but it had no seal and clearly there was only one door between the rooms not one on each side as is typical. So... the drinking, laughing, yelling then crying night (the 4 stages of debauchery) continued until after 4am and there was nothing I could do about it. BECAUSE the in-room phone doesn't have a 'front desk' function and ohmygod I was not going to knock on that door and tell those people to pipe down. (because "or what?"... ) I was exhausted by morning and barely able to attend my work function with any semblance of competence. Do not stay here.

I stayed at this location April 16th -19th and consistently experienced poor customer service leading to my departure. The weather was bad leading to a flight delay so I requested a late check out and was requested to pay $75 to stay until 1pm versus 12pm.
Given it is a business accommodation advertised in their listing I escalated the call and was told Manager Claudia Dorantes charges for late check-outs even when the location is not at capacity, which was the case Monday.
This perplexed me because I travel for business weekly and have never received this type of inconsideration at a hotel frequented by businesses. I will never stay there again and urge you to consider the lack of hospitality they show their guests when considering them.
Also to note, there was consistently trash on the carpet on level three and the microwave room
in a storage closet was quite filthy.

The hotel is in the middle of a huge parking lot and the closest homes are about a half mile away. I guess you could run around the parking lot.
The hotel does not provide shuttle service to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre. Uber or cabs are certainly an option. We do not have a list of their rates. However, the drop off areas are rather consistent due to the heavy traffic conditions. Our recommendation would be to drive to the theatre.
I'm not sure... but don't recall seeing any pets in the hotel area in my one week stay there.
