Nestled in a tranquil, secluded location, the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos is lauded for its immaculate cleanliness and luxurious ambiance, with guests consistently impressed by the well-maintained rooms and grounds. While the service is generally exceptional, a few visitors have noted occasional lapses. The spacious rooms with their stunning views receive high praise, though opinions on value are divided, with some deeming the experience expensive yet worthwhile. While the resort's amenities, including various pools and dining options, are celebrated, some guests suggest an enhancement of activities for children.

This Four Seasons does not disappoint. Rooms are large and all have amazing view. Rooms are very well appointed and cleaning service does a great job keeping them clean. Service by all staff is incredible and personalized. When I had to have a cactus needle removed from my hand the security head sent me a tray of chocolate tacos. The location is beautiful but remote so it is good for those who want to be far from hectic Cabo San Lucas. The adult pool was fabulous with giant hot baths. Food was very good at all restaurants. Our favorite was Milo’s for the fresh seafood. The weather was quite windy but every room has hand woven shawls and restaurants have heat lamps if the night is chilly. The wind calmed down by the end of the week. I loved it here.

We were blown away by the attention to detail and service. The property is incredibly private and relaxing. No need to rush to reserve chairs by the beach or pool as with many other resorts. Food was wonderful. It is worth the splurge if you want a stay where they have thought of every detail and truly care about your experience. It is a remote location, we stayed the entire time at the resort and were perfectly content. There was plenty to do and see. It is very quiet and peaceful, not a party hotel. We will for sure be back!

Can’t say enough good things about this resort. Was absolutely heaven! We had a suite upgraded with a plunge pool. All the staff were very friendly and helpful our entire stay. I was very impressed with the food and culinary skill of the chefs at the resort. I thought being in such a remote area the food quality would be impacted…. Not the case. Check in was a breeze and they bring you bracelets and signature cocktail . Luxury !!!

Lots of resort activities to choose from. Loved that they have bikes to use you can use throughout your stay Which made the commutes within the resort enjoyable and quick !

They do include a 3% resort fee and 15% service fee on the checks in the restaurants. Some staff seemed put off if you didn’t tip on top of the included service charge. Wish they had an indoor bar to watch a game which makes it challenging on those chilly nights.

Check-in Experience (5/10) The hotel's architecture is stunning. The staff are polite and attentive. However, the quality of the children's toys is disappointing. Many toys are broken or poorly made. For example, the piggy bank has sharp edges that could cut fingers. Given the reputation of Four Seasons, I expected better quality.
Hotel Room (4/10) The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-lit. Unfortunately, there is a strong sewer smell coming from the shower, which worsens when the AC is off. This was particularly noticeable in room 1813.
Hotel Grounds (3/10) The surroundings are beautiful. However, the bikes provided are too old, with worn handles that become sticky under the sun. With winding rows and hot weather, this makes it challenging to get around with small children.
Beach / Pools (3/10) Despite being advertised as swimmable, the beach is often empty, possibly due to the scorching sand that makes walking to the water painful. The pools have a lot of bugs, especially in the morning. The family pool lacks activities and essential items like life jackets and floaties, forcing us to run to the beach to get buckets and boards for the kids. One of the more exciting moments was saving bees from drowning in the pool.
Staff (6/10) We ordered oysters and were served clams, despite pointing to the menu item. The restaurant manager responded promptly to our feedback, which we appreciated. Also, I placed a toy outside my room to dry, but it was gone by morning. I was able to get it back by reaching out to the front desk, but I was offered no explanation. While the staff are attentive, they are rarely on time when called, except during check-out. Communication can be difficult due to language barriers, with staff sometimes pretending to understand, leading to further confusion.
Food (5/10) Moza, the recommended restaurant, was disappointing with overly salty dishes and nothing memorable. Limon, on the other hand, offered a variety of options, a great atmosphere, and more professional staff.
Excursions (1/10) The excursions are overpriced for the activities offered, making them a poor value for money.
Overall, while there were some positive aspects, such as the beautiful architecture and friendly staff, the overall experience did not meet the high standards expected of a Four Seasons resort.

Pleasantly surprised at how much my wife and I loved this hotel (after reading some other reviews here).
Location: 50min drive from airport; beach is beautiful and perfect for swimming/water activities; plenty of space and staff will accommodate basically anything you ask. Personal buzzers to ring for attendants addresses the width of the sand and is a great touch. Some minor construction noise from next door, but I was not bothered by it.
Room: Outstanding (double class upgrade to Oceanfront Executive Suite w/ Plunge Pool); direct beach/ocean pool access; outdoor shower was so great. I can see how many of the rooms may not appear as private as balconies look over pools, etc.
Food: Food program was excellent (truly do not understand the complaining on here); everything we had was fantastic.
Service: The true stars of the property were the staff. I am not good with names, but we had so many great interactions with warm, welcoming, genuine people there. They seemed genuinely happy to be there and to be able to help you and make you feel special and make your stay feel special.
Needs Improvement: So little to complain about, but I will mention that we called for housekeeping on one day and it did not happen (not a big deal at all). The Acai bowl at Ginger's wasn't great.
Overall: 10/10; will definitely be returning with our young children for next beach vacation.

This place is absolute perfection! Stupendous, fantastic, didn't want to come home! This is our second time staying at this resort. We first came a few months after they first opened, in December 2019, and it was very quiet back then, which we loved. The hotel was still quiet and we never felt crowded at any time. We took an evening walk after dinner one night and remarked that we only ran into one person. I honestly do not understand how there could be a negative review of this place, unless this is not the type of place you are looking for. If you want a little bit of night life, this is not the place for you. If you don't like to walk, this is not the place for you. Yes, it is a long walk to the beach, but my gosh, the means the beach area is huge an also secluded! We love how secluded and quiet it is here and there is so much to do! We used the gym facilities everyday: running, lap swimming, pickle ball, tennis, and golf.

The rooms are amazing. We love the modern and uncluttered feel of them and they are very clean! The travertine floors, the dark/black granite countertops, the huge bathtub, and very large balconies come standard with each room. We were upgraded to a larger suite upon our arrival, because it was our anniversary, but even the standard room is large. We found housekeeping was extremely responsive. Our room was always cleaned quickly and we had prompt turn down service every night. We never had to wait all day for someone to clean our room. That was unusual, as we've stayed at other Four Seasons resorts before.

The food everywhere was amazing. It is fresh, there is a variety, and none of the restaurants were packed. We took the water taxi to the newly constructed marina one night to have dinner at Mozze. There will only be more growth in this area as the years go on, so enjoy the solitude why you can. We also enjoyed a morning shake for breakfast or afternoon snack at Ginger's, the little snack and ice cream cafe in the courtyard. They offered free churo's and crepes every afternoon from 3-5, my husband loved it.

The service was beyond excellent. Everyone remembered us and our name and were all wonderful to talk to. A special "thank you" to Gilberto who was our waiter at several different restaurants during our stay, and to golf pro Jimmy, who was so patient during my lesson. We absolutely cannot wait to go back.

This resort is 45 minutes north of the airport. Once you leave airport there is nothing else no towns. No restaurants. The resort was 25% full and front desk offered an upgrade for an additional and significant amount. Very few restaurants on the resort were open. One night, we only had 1 restaurant that was open. The shops at the marina had 1 shop. Not multiple. And the only restaurant there had minimal hours. .

Happy to have spent a weekend at Four Seasons Los Cabos, the location and facilities are very beautiful.
The decoration and every detail in the room is very tasteful and very well thought out.
We loved that they provide bicycles for you to transport yourself or explore the place.
Very delicious food, buffet breakfast and dinner at Milo's, dinner at Limon and snacks and sushi at El Sitio. But it
What we loved most was the kindness of ALL the staff. We requested help because we have a special diet and we were truly impressed by the treatment and availability to support us.
The executive sous chef Gonzalo Torrado attended to us, providing us with excellent service, and understanding our needs very well. Matching this level of service and such friendly people made a huge difference to our stay.
I regret not having taken all the names of the people who made our stay so special, but I want to thank Gonzalo, Víctor de Milo's, Tonatiu de Limón, Moisés de El Sitio, Elías alberca, Rubén bellman and all of the waiters, hostess, house keeping, front desk for being so friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return one day.

Your transportation solution at the best price! Are you staying at Four Seasons at Costa Palmas Los Cabos? Order your transportation from the hotel to the airport for only $170 dollars, ask in the lobby for Eureka Local Transportation, they will send a nice Suburban with a comfortable service, you would support local families from the town of La Ribera.

Also ask about Round Trips to the beautiful nearby town of Los Barriles, the Historic Center of San José del Cabo, visits to waterfalls in Santiago or the Cabo Pulmo National Park and its spectacular marine life!

If you love architecture, appreciate landscaping, treasure pool time, are turned on by wide beaches and luxuriate in the ocean, this resort won't disappoint you. We enjoyed riding bikes around the property, shopping in the special shops, being catered to on the beach and hitting the links on the golf course. There was always space at the pool- no figting over chirs, even though the resort was full. Breakfast was always a treat, sitting outdoors overlooking the recently raked beach. Covid tests were readily available on the property and all the staff wore masks. You can enter your room without having to take an elevator and interact with strangers and all meals can be eaten outdoors. My only compliant is that the Four Seasons doesnt disclose whom of their spa service providers have been vaccinated. I'd feel safer if I could book a vaccinated masseuse. Other than that, the property truly does check every box.

Bottles of water are provided daily. The bottles are probably filtered water not bottles like Fiji. Fiji water is stocked in the bar inside the rooms and charged extra.

No. All are casual, though at the nicer restaurant Milos I would wear pants and a button down shirt.
